The rooms are ok, but the restaurant at the hotel is very bad many probabilities to get sick

Business trip, everything went very good. The concierge staff is very helpful.

The location was perfect if you are going to the Angeles Hospital. The staff was very caring and accommodating. The views from the room s we're spectacular. Very easy access from the main roads.

There are not amenities, there are not breakfast included, the guest service is not very good, the charge everyting, neither we have internet included and parking included.

Hotel location is near highway with poor parking facilities

VERY OLD TV , Bad bed and sheets. Nice bathroom . Very bad location hard to arrive with highway right in front and workers in the street. Valet and receptionist VERY long to help and react when I was in a rush to catch a flight. Disappointing and poor quality of services, amenities. no free Internet wireless when the amenities are very poor. Got sick with food when its arlready very expensive . No free coffee in the room. Nice gym . Good for a night , not more .

hotel has very limited options and facilties-especially in the dining category.

I stayed at the Camino Real with friends and family for 2nights and was impressed by how clean and luxurious the hotel was. I was definitely not impressed by how rude their staff was. They need major training on how to treat their paying guest or at least learn what hospitality really means, especially is these people are working in the industry. I'm really disgusted on how rude they were. I also bought 2 nights for my family members as a weeding gift for them to stay right after the wedding. I asked about the type of amenities they offered for this type of occasion considering I paid for their "Club" rooms - they simply just did not understand...

We selected this hotel for all the family members we traveled from L.A., California to celebrate my niece 15 anos party. Very close to all the places we intended to visit. We had great service and good food (both: room service & restaurant), I do speak spanish & was gladly surprised the professional way employees speak with you. However, we specially requested smoking room, and didn't have any room for us. of course we complained and the manager eventually found one for us.

nothing They give me two bed room, I asked for king size bed, they didn't gave the option, they charge you every think inluding the drinking water

Excelent sevices

Great place, quiet and restful.

They couldn't find my [...] reservation, even with the tracking number! Front desk straff demanded to see a printout of my reservation; I had to pay cash!

I leave the hotel and made a reservation in an other one ( JW Marriott). In the Camino Real hotel there´s not any amenities the bathroom is absolutly simple. There´s not a pool and jacuzzi or spa.

Hotel is well-located, but it does not live up to the Camino Real standards I have seen in other locations, such as Oaxaca. The rooms are OK, but the towels were a bit worn. The noise from the hallway or from other rooms was annoying at times. The water pressure is at times irregular, and makes a banging noise, which we heard from other rooms as well. It was also annoying to wait for over 10 minutes to pay 90 pesos for the 24 hour parking rate (great price), particularly when I observed the reception area´s manager standing there, doing nothing but watching her employees tending to other guests. A good manager would have jumped in to help her colleagues. Her sour face didn´t help matters, either. Another disappointment was the fact that I had requested a non-smoking room, and even though the young man at the reception desk said that it was indeed a non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Maybe it needs a change of carpeting, which did look old anyway. I´d stay there again, simply because I have family within almost walking distance of the hotel, even if we experienced some annoying things. I plan to send the management a survey I picked up in the room, in the hope that the noise factor can be improved.

I went to Mexico City this past holidays for my brother's weedding and my girlfriend and I stayed at the Camino Real periferico for over 7 days. We were surprised about what we got for the money we paid, a really big king size bed, confortable and with all what you need to make your staying mor econfortable. The T.V. did not offer so many options but at the end of the day who travel over 2,000 miles and stay over 7 days just to lay on the bed and watch T.V.??!!. The only thing we did not considered was the parking lot rates but anyway it wasn't too much per day to have a place to park our car at nights (less than 5 USD per day). In a nut shell, the hotel offered a really good value per the money we paid.

From carrying your own bags, to only one drinking glass in the room. It just lacked a little something. The facilities themselves are fine, the staff is helpful, and the rooms are very clean, but overall I would give it a C+ maybe a B- sorry I used to be a teacher.
