Another wonderful family holiday

We all love this house!! This is our second stay here and all the family had a wonderful holiday. The pool is warm and beautifully clean...we could not get the children out of it!! The house is very generously equipped and spacious inside as well as being on a very private plot, in a quiet neighbourhood. The beautiful sandy Messanges beach is a quick 10 minute cycle ride away and the piste cyclable is only a couple of minutes cycle in the other direction. We had fresh bread and pastries from the nearby bakery every morning and Vieux Boucau with its markets, lake, restaurants and delicious ice creams is only a 15 minute cycle away. Thank you Christophe and Florence....we hope to be back!

Wonderful Family Holiday

Our family have all loved our two weeks in this beautiful house with plenty of space for 7 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed its perfect location with an easy cycle ride to the beautiful sandy beach and to the cycle path through the pine forests. We all made the most of the crystal clear swimming pool and secluded outdoor area. The house is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. We were very happy that we were able to hold our booking over the pandemic and it was definitely worth waiting 2 years to come! Thank you Christophe and Florence for a wonderful holiday and we would love to come back!

This was one of the best-appointed holiday homes we ever stayed in and we enjoyed it a lot. Excellent holiday house

We would not hesitate to return or recommend this house to friends wanting to visit this region of France. The house was very clean, all beds new and very comfortable, pool immaculate. The Owners responsive to all communications and genuinely seemed to want to ensure all okay. We rent houses regularly and very hard to find one which meets our standards. Beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Clean and stylish with a lovely south facing decked pool are

Absolutely loved our stay here. Really peaceful neighbourhood with some very stylish houses. We biked from the house onto the near by cycle paths through the forest. Messanges beach is around 2 miles away. It is a fantastic beach. Clean soft sand and great waves for surfing. The whole area is lovely. Lakes, beaches, forests and quaint French villages. There are a few local shops in the village and 2 super markets a 5 minute drive in either direction. The owner met us on arrival and departure. A very friendly chap. He showed us around the property and left a few local treats for us too. The house really is great. Very highly recommended.

The house is according with the pictures you can see in the ad. Very nice stay, good beds, nice area close to the town and 10 min by car to the beache. The only but was that upstairs the temperature is much higher than ground floor.

Schönes Haus mit tollen Outdoor-Bereich

Toller Aufenthalt in Messanges. Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet, es ist alles da, was man braucht (auch mit Baby). Christophe war ein super Gastgeber. Der Outdoor Bereich (Pool, Plancha etc.) haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir würden sicher wieder kommen!

Super séjour de détente

Nous nous sommes retrouvés entre amis dans cette superbe maison. Chacun sa chambre, de la place dans la pièce de vie sans se gêner, la piscine hyper agréable (les marches sont un vrai plus par rapport à une échelle pour y descendre). Le petit coin salon sur la terrasse était génial pour l’apéritif et discuter. Située dans un quartier calme, proche de la mer et des lieux à découvrir, des commerces. Nous avons profité de notre séjour un maximum. On a envie d’y revenir !

Séjour entre amis

Excellent séjour entre amis pour faire du vélo. Nous avons profité de la villa en intérieur et extérieure (très agréable avec le coin repas, le coin salon et la piscine à température idéale, ainsi que la plancha). La villa est calme, très agréable, proche des pistes cyclables et de la mer, idéale….juste pour Christophe, ajouter une chaise ou un portant pour poser les vêtements ds chaque chambre, en plus des commodes. Et une tige pr ouvrir le velux…..bref excellent séjour. Et Christophe a été à l écoute sur notre demande particulière pour notre remorque. Merci.

Maison bien placée, très bien équipée, lotissement calme et proche du bourg. Propriétaire à l'écoute. Les vélos mis à disposition dans l'annonce ne sont pas en bon état donc il vaut mieux prévoir de les louer. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour. Nous recommandons.

Séjour au top dans une maison très bien équipée, très bien située, très propre. Nous étions deux familles avec enfants et malgré un terrain plus petit qu'imaginé, on ne s'est jamais senti à l'étroit. Accès à la plage en moins de 10 minutes en vélo, commerce à proximité, très calme, piscine super, tout était très bien.

Das Haus war toll, Entfernung zum Stand mit dem Auto ca 10 min, zu Fuß etwa 40. die Kommunikation war teilweise etwas anstrengend (etwas ausschweifend). Bei genauerem Hinsehen fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie zB genug Spülmaschientabs oder Moskitonetze in den Schlafzimmerfenstern, die Fahrräder sind platt, der große Tisch wackelt.. insgesamt aber ein toller Urlaub

Malgré un bon accueil de Christophe l'hôte, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise : piscine HS et nous n'étions pas prévenu à l'avance ! La propreté était très limitée dans toutes les pièces, alors que l'on a payé un forfait supplémentaire de 150 € obligatoire à l'hôte dès notre arrivée. Avons été déçu mais la maison en elle même est belle et sympa.
