This was a great place to stay. However, this was the first VRBO place to ask for names and ages of the guests. Not sure why this is needed or why someone wants to know the names/ages of my kids. Creepy if you ask me. The owner might want to change this policy or put something in the listing that says you will be required to give this information to check in.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to leaving on a cruise. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Home is close to plenty of restaurants and the beach was close by as well. Area is quiet and home is cozy.

The property was in great condition and just as advertised. The location at the end of the street was a bit inconvenient (due to the developer, not the renter), but not impossible to navigate. Certainly private!

Nice condo!

Great quick stay before a cruise. Easy to get to, decorated nicely and had everything needed for a quick stay. Neighborhood is nice to stroll around in, pool and restaurant were good, and hosts answered all questions. Convenient end unit overlooking the marina and only about 15 minutes to the cruise port.

All the bedrooms were upstairs, which can be an issue with people with mobility issues. In addition to this, the owner had several rules which were sent after payment and were not advertised in advance. They were very friendly and acoomdating, with quick responses, however, it would not have been needed if the listing had correcr information up front. The overall location was great, however, the access to the property was difficult to navigate,--especially when people come flying over the bridge. There was only room for 1 vehicle at the rental and no street parking inside the fence, or on the property. Overall, a nice rental with minor issues.
