Reside comfortably in this unique holiday home on a sheep farm near the Dutch border in Merksplas. It has parking facilities and you will stay comfortably with family or friends. Merksplas is a picturesque village, especially popular for its beautiful nature and rural surroundings. Visitors can enjoy the many walking and cycling routes in the area, such as the beautiful Merksplasse Bossenroute, which runs through the woods and fields. In the village itself, you will find some interesting sights, such as the Merksplas Kolonie Museum, which tells about the history of the agricultural colonies in the area. Hoogstraten and Baarle Hertog, but also the Dutch border to Baarle Nassau and nice places like Chaam and Ullicoten are within easy reach. The holiday home is located on an active sheep farm and above an ice cream parlour where artisanal ice cream is made from fresh sheep's milk. You have access to a beautiful garden with a terrace and playground, and you can also enjoy a fresh ice cream at the ice cream parlour Vaneleke, or a snack from the farm shop. Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
