A large fully-equipped American-style kitchen. There’s a large refrigerator/freezer, an oven with a four-burner gas stove, a microwave, toaster oven, blender, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans and a coffee maker and everything you could need to prepare meals.
In the dining room area you’ll find a china cabinet and large hardwood formal dining room table for 6 .
The living area has great comfy sofas with a Smart TV for your Netflix shows. One sofa opens to a double bed too!
There are two bedrooms. BEDROOM 1 has a AC & ceiling fan a double bed, closet boudoir, dresser, nightstands, and desk perfect for workers working remotely for . BEDROOM 2 has another double bed with a night stand and boudoir and ceiling fan.
Large bathroom with a large shower, and shell-decorated mirror with paintings giving it a beachy vibe.
Your private deck is beside the garden courtyard and pool Private seating includes a table and chairs. Great place to just relax and sip on a cool beverage. There’s also a charcoal grill there (charcoal required).
Shared Areas ( for all registered guests only) include:
A large rooftop with a thatched wooden palapa provides a shaded area and plenty of seating to enjoy the breeze and views of the ocean and much of Progreso!! Enjoy a meal at the table or a sunset cocktail and a sunset!
Enjoy a refreshing swim in our pool located in the beautiful garden courtyard, surrounded by mature palm trees with a shaded cement palapa with plenty of seating.

Usually plenty of parking on the street.
Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and rooftop areas. No overnight visitors or pets. Strictly enforced.
No parties. Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m.
