Mamma Pina, a 19th century baglio that the owners have renovated, is located in the countryside of Menfi, about 6 km from the wonderful beach of Portopalo, which, with its clean white sand, has had the Blue Flag since 1999.
The house is on one level with two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a loft with a single bed.
The living area has a modern kitchen and a cosy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed.
The house is refined in its details with sandstone walls, terracotta floor tiles for warmth and beautiful Sicilian majolica tiles to liven things up.
Outside there is a large pool area, bathroom with shower, barbecue area, tables and chairs and the sea view as a scenic backdrop.
The villa has all the amenities a holiday home needs for a relaxing holiday.
Please note, at the specific pleausre of the owners, that Mamma Pina's guests can use the seasonal open-air organic vegetable garden.

Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (4): two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom (shower); a loft with a single bed; a sofa bed for two in the living area; a bathroom (without shower); an external bathroom with shower.

PLEASE NOTE THAT €300 CASH IS PAYABLE ON ARRIVAL FOR CLEANING, BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Electricity is included up to a consumption of 150 kWh per week. Any excess consumption will be charged at €0.40 per kWh.
Check-in is allowed until 22:00. After this time, a fee of € 30 will be charged, payable in cash at check-in.
