Mamma Martinella is in a Sicilian paradise, amidst vineyards, an enchanting sea view and the renowned Solette beach, which can be reached via a 400-metre path. The house is new, clean, very bright with lovely outdoor spaces including the wonderful terrace with lounge, stove and Jacuzzi. As well as an incredible panorama of the Sicilian sea. The interior has two double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a bathroom, as well as a living kitchen. Air conditioning is in all the bedrooms and also in the living-kitchen. Outside there is another shower and a small bathroom. The house is immersed in a Sicilian olive grove. Mamma Martinella is about 1,5 km away from the centre of Portopalo where you will find everything you need for your shopping and another beautiful Blue Flag beach.
Rooms (3) and Bathrooms (2): two double bedrooms; one bedroom with a single bed; one bathroom (with shower); one outdoor bathroom and one outdoor shower.

Electricity is included up to 100 kWh. Any excess will be charged at € 0.50 per kWh.

The beach, the pool, the seascape: wonderful stay!

We had a very nice surprise arriving to this house. It’s more beautiful than the photos on the listing. The house is new, very clean, comfortable, well equipped and features bright and spacious rooms. The terrace has a mini pool and is a balcony on the Mediterranean sea. We had delicious and unforgettable BBQ up there. Everyday we enjoyed a 10 minutes walk to the Solette beach, a Paradise on Earth, quiet and secluded. The village of Portopalo di Menfi is just 1 km away and you can find many restaurants, a well equipped mini market, and another stunning beach with locals and gelaterie. The house is located in a strategic position for the visiting of the Valley of the Temples (OMG what a marvellous place!), Palermo (a hour drive), Selinunte, Erice (five stars!) and the fascinating Belice Valley. Eventually, we wolud like to thanks the kindness of Betty and Enzo, our hosts. Highly recommended
