loud building

That was a new experience we never had in other VRBO locations. In this building, you will have the feeling of living in a public place like a mall or shopping center. you can hear the other people in the building talking as if they are sitting next to you. I am not sure what would cause this effect, but it is quite unpleasant as you never can rest here. What was disappointing here was the apartment was not maintained properly which made staying in there impossible, and we ended up moving out sooner than it was planned, The Central heating did not work, no warm water, the shower drain did not work, and so on.

L'appartement était conforme à la description, donc très bien, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour une semaine de vacances. La vue sur le lac également, magnifique. A pieds, il faut 30 minutes pour rejoindre l'embarcadère, tout en descente. Le problème est le soir quand il faut remonter après une journée de visites et promenades, car la pente est quand même assez forte. En voiture, les routes sont plutôt étroites ; pas énormément de parkings ; le bateau est conseillé quand c'est possible. A noter la présence d'une très bonne tratoria à 3-4 minutes de l'appartement (fermée les mardis et mercredis).

Les photos grand angle subliment un appartement qui au final n'est pas si grand! Pas d'eau chaude ... et chaudiere clairement en panne avant notre arrivée, une serviette tachée de sang, 4 fourchettes et 5 petites cuillères en tout et pour tout, pas de pince a linge... et rien n'a été resolu durant le sejour!Dédommagement obtenu après une demi demi-journée de negiciation...

Appartement propre, situe a 30min à pied du centre (attention ça monte) donc au calme. Propre, accueillis avec une petite box, avec le petit nécessaire si rien à manger lorsquon arrive tard pour le lendemain matin, très appréciable (kellogs lait, gateaux...)

Découverte de lac de Côme en famille

Séjour agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Appartement correspondant à la description, cuisine très bien équipée. Cinquième lit très petit juste pour un petit enfant. Dommage que nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, car manque d’ ensoleillement pendant notre séjour. Mais la vu était très belle et dégage face à Bellagio et Varenna. Petit souci d’humidité dans la salle de bain au niveau de la baignoire. On reviendrai avec plaisir.
