This condo is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. We paid attention to the details and have worked hard to make this condo a Memphis themed beauty! Everything is new. :)
Ideal for corporate exec's on contract terms, travel nurses, students & more! Even for folks who may be relocating to Memphis and have to find housing.
We love Memphis and want your short stay to be 5 stars and will work hard to ensure that it is!
The condo is open & spacious & features a balcony. There is a pool in the community you have access to. Laundry is on the 2nd floor (same floor as the condo) and works with a credit card.
Parking is available in any space not designated with a blue circle, those spots are "reserved". No pets or smoking of any kind and will be cause for termination if found in violation of these rules. No parties and quiet hours begin at 10pm. You are in a condo so be kind to your neighbors.

Great place
This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.
