Nice stay

We loved the property and amenities offered only thing I would recommend is keeping the rooms that offer pets separate from the no pets. I have allergies and the sofa couch in our room had a lot of dog/cat hair shedding on it. Over all we enjoyed the trip will consider booking again. Virtual staff was nice. The area was a vibe people were nice.

Place was gorgeous. Clean and well appointed. Even had noise machines and large tv's in all bedrooms. Nice bathrooms with all necessities and a coffee bar. Exceeded espectations.

The room is clean and comfortable. But the noise level is terrible. You can hear every conversation in the hallway and the connecting rooms. There was a party being thrown next door and it was virtually impossible to sleep. I messaged the virtual desk and did not receive a response for over an hour. Additionally, the code they sent me to get in did not work and I had to call them. Another guest stated the same thing happened to them as well.

Great place, location wasn’t perfect but it was close to Beale Street and a lot of other places. I wish the shower had two doors, wasn’t aware of that. But it worked out. Place was clean and smelled great. Love the modern look, TV on the wall in the living and bedroom, and everything you needed like an apartment would have. Also, could have had towels that were for the shower. Wasn’t really feeling the black makeup towels as bathing towels. But overall a great place definitely would stay again.

Walls are paper thin; we easily heard people in the halls, morning alarms and cat meowing next door. Cleanliness in the bathroom left something to be desired, and the baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the renovation. HOWEVER, the bed was comfortable, huge tv, well-equipped kitchen. Good value for a budget stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The place was not cleaned upon arrival. There were crumbs all over the floors. We also found lots of thumb tacks on the floor which was really dangerous with our toddler children. We had trouble getting into the building and our room. They had to change the code 3x. That was very frustrating when you’ve been traveling all day and have small children. Customer service was very responsive and got it taken care of asap. But I probably wouldn’t book again. Nice location and the place was very industrial/modern looking. It was just the cleanliness a problem for me!

I would not recommend staying here. The code that was given to me did not work when checking in. The unit was different than the listing photos and listing description. I reached out to management about it and while they did try to move me to another unit, that unit had issues as well. They did little to compensate me. The level of cleanliness in the unit was not great. And finally, while notifications I received said that checkout was at 11:00 our code was disabled at 10:30 and we were locked out while moving things to the car. I reached out to management about it and they said that check-out was at 10:30. I had to send them a screenshot confirming that it did in fact say 11:00. Overall a bad experience from check-in to check-out!

The good: hotel room was super clean, shower was amazing. Plenty of coffee for the morning! Pillows were great. Communication was quick. The bad: we should have known from before even arriving. First our room was cancelled but not at our request. We were able to get the room fixed, but there was no apology just an email saying our room was ready. Second they try and charge the room before even checking in. When that didn’t work they cancelled our code so standing outside at midnight waiting for that to be fixed after a long flight was fun. The bed was hard and left our bodies very sore. We were told we could not request a late checkout until 24 hrs prior. We received no answer until i began texting again the next morning. At that point they had us mixed up with a different request and denied ours. After clarifying the need was only until 12 pm they still denied. Check out is 1030 am. The walls are insanely thin, our neighbors radio could be heard starting at 6 am. Around 7 am the other neighbor was making coffee and we could hear the keruig. This room is not worth the price and we would not recommend it. We are frequent travelers and have stayed in some sketchy places, but even those places are more amenable.

Beautiful apartment.

Amazing apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Beds are on the medium / firm side and very comfortable. Lots of pillows which I love. Nice little sitting area with pool and hot tub. Great location. Walking distance to Beale Street and great restaurants. The walls are thin though. The apartment next to us got a little loud one afternoon but it only happened once. Would absolutely choose to stay here again!
