Older property and it shows. Pool was very dirty

The property is located, conveniently to several areas of interest and restaurants. However, the hotel while it’s not dirty is definitely not the best. We didn’t even have cold water in the sink and the fridge does not work very well.

The front desk staff was very nice. There are only 2 elevators in the building and one was broken for our entire stay. The TV picture would not come on(sound did), the room telephone did not work, the coffee maker did not work, the ice maker on the second floor was broken(as was the one on the ground floor) and on the third floor it was very slow. We won't go back there again.

The hotel was dirty and outdated. The mattress was well past replacement time with indention sinkhole. Sheets were scratchy Outside door were empty pizza boxes and chicken wings Room key would not open exterior door

The property is not well maintained, but looks like they are making an effort to change that. The elevators work maybe half the time, chairs and decor in rooms are worn out and outdated. There was a seweage smell in the room at times.The walls are thin and you can hear everything in the next room. However, the beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. The room and bathrooms were spacious. I stayed 2 days at the hyatt next door, and enjoyed La Quinta better. HYATT is nicer and better maintained, but the staff is rude and they have bed bugs. Breakfast was good and the coffee was the best out of 3 different hotels we stayed at. So all in all, could use improvements, but still enjoyed the stay.

I wasn't familiar with the area but the hotel was not the best. The first room smelled horrible. The bed wasn't clean. The carpet was disgusting. I called the front desk to ask for clean linen. She said you have to come to the desk and get. Where is housekeeping? Oh, they leave at 3p. Front desk offered me another room which didn't smell as bad as the first room but had ants all iver the counter and trash in the garbage with half filled shampoo bottle. It was not the best experience. I should have been paid $190 to stay there.

This is the worst stay I’ve ever had. I normally travel once a month and this will be the first and the last time I would ever choose this branch. I wish Orbitz will remove this property as an option. Still waiting for a costumer service representative to call me.

The floor I am on smell bad. AC not working.ceiling is leaking in the bathroom. All round horrible experience.

Very comfy and clean bed. The rest of the room was run down and carpet all stained and room just didn’t feel or smell clean. I know you may not have funds to renovate but you can keep things clean. Dirty, nasty streaks of I don’t know what on wallpaper by elevator. Peeled up filthy wallpaper in corners of hallway. Have someone who doesn’t work there come with fresh eyes and point these things out. Strong marijuana smell drifting in our room at 3 am didn’t help either. Online photos always look great but I’d pass on this hotel.

There was food containers with food in them under the bed. That was not mine. Hallway smelled like smoke

The staff were nice enough but the hotel was very much in need of updates, our tv would not work, the flooring was so worn it was splintering in bathroom and entryway, the bathtub drain was so slow i had to stand on the side of the tub to not be standing in nasty water while showing. There was only one outlet in bedroom area. And the advertised hot breakfast was cereal and a toaster.

Did not like the room, did not like the cleanliness, did not like the hotel in general because I believe it is used for more than just vacationing, i.e., prostitution.

Check in was painful.....computer system was down. The assigned a room to me where TV did not work. Took HOURS to get reassigned to another room. But the most aggravating thing was my key card rarely worked in my room door and I had to get it reprogrammed over and over again, which didn't always work. The good thing was the staff were as frustrated with that as I was and often went with me to use their master key to get me in my room without complaint.

I liked the room, it was very clean and looked really cool when I walked in!
