Overall, the hotel was good. Check-in was easy and fast. The room had a small kitchen in it. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. I liked that they provided plenty of towels. We chose the hotel because of the location. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from and places to shop.

Total dump, Room had broken furniture and stained tub. This place should be condemned. If you stay here after reading this, you deserve what you get.
This hotel is by far , one of the dirtiest places I’ve seen. Upon us walking into our room, the hallway smelled of filth. As we entered the room , I noticed big red spots on the carpet. I opened the door to put some trash in the can. OMG. 3 big COCKROACHES were crawling around. I screamed. I brought it to my husband attention. We went downstairs to the front desk to make them aware of our findings. He claimed to be unaware of the issue. He gave us another room . I was hesitant to go in after seeing that. The only reason we did, is because it was so late and we were exhausted. We walked in the next room. The bathroom door was broken, it wouldn’t close. the bed was broken, it leaned on one side. The toilet paper handle was off the wall. The bathroom was infested with gnats. We never took our clothes out the suitcases for fear of something crawling on them. We were there for 3 days. On our second day, we asked if they were gonna clean the room. The Housekeeper asked us “how many days were we here?” We replied “2”. She responded “I don’t think so, but you can asked at the desk.” We went down to ask and was told that we would have to be there for 8 days before we could get a room cleaned. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. What about the trash and clean towels? I was told if I bring my dirty towels down, I could get clean towels, and so I did. I took pictures of everything that I complained about. This is not a place to sleep in. The Health department should be notified.
Outdated and not where i would typically stay. Didnt like the feel or vibe here. Low budget hotel. I was forced fo stay here because the orher hotels in Germantown were sold out. Staff was friendly though.

Most disgusting hotel i have ever stayed in. Food and other random stains on linen, walls, lamp shades. Nails sticking through the carpet. Awful lingering odor. Shower had someone elses hair in it, stained, and was clogged to the point you were standing ankle deep water. I wish i could get my money back.
The staff was so sweet and the older lady that cleaned was a gentle soul. Everything went great. Thank you extended stay and Orbitz for recommending this hotel. It was so close to everything we did.
The hotel seemed nice from our first impression, but due to their computers being down they were unable to check us in. The staff member told us cuz we had booked our room thru Orbitz they had no way of confirming our reservation even when I showed him our Orbitz confirmation info on my phone. We waited over 30 minutes while staff attempted to fix the problem with no success. By that time we decided to just drive home even though home was a 3 hour drive away
The room wasn’t ready so I went to another hotel and I still got charged as if I stayed there!
Charged me $25+ for getting there 1 hour early when rooms were available. First time in all my travels. Toilet seat was broken, Key cards had to be redone three times in this one night stay.

Less than average accommodations. Parking was terrible due to repaving. Air conditioning cleaning scheduled on the Fourth of July.
They had no clean rooms. First they put me ina room with an unmade bed than they gave me a room with people already in it.

Philip, thank you very much for staying at our hotel. We failed you in the most basic of ways by not providing a clean and comfortable guest room and for that we are very sorry. Be assured we take the cleanliness of your suite and the entire hotel very seriously. Even though this is not a frequent occurrence we recognize that even one time is too many.
