The rooms were not ready at 3pm check-in. Myself along with three other couples waited in lobby over an hour to check into the rooms. Staff did not provide an explanation or ETA on when the rooms will be ready. Upon check in, I was assigned a handicap accessible w/o a full shower & tub (shower seat and hand-held shower).

I did't like the fact that I was being judged when I walked in to check in. The front desk manager called me freak show and the housekeeping staff were so loud in the hallways it was unbearable. The room was "ok"..but clean, the area around hotel well lets just say, won't be stayin here again.

They were able to check me in early and made sure we had everything we needed.

The staff was nice. But spent my entire stay with no air conditioner. I asked to move rooms and they said it's the whole hotel. I asked other visitors but they said they had AC. Front desk was nice but bringing me a decade old and super dusty Walmart box fan just didn't do it for us. We got comped a breakfast meal. 1 each but yeah no AC and no fix was horrible n I probably won't be going back. Not sure of all IHG hotels are this way.

Nice and quite, matress was very comfortable and clean.

Mostly good but the property seems to be running down. We didn't have a shower curtain in the bath, for reasons only the maid staff can answer. Otherwise, all was good.

While the bed and shower were both comfy, the lack of lighting made it difficult to see around the room when the sun was down. The AC unit could make the room ok during the day and could not get it below 72 during the night, which is not comfortable for my sleeping. Also while staying we attempted to order room service during the hours listed on the menus in the room and either didn't get an answer or was told they do not do the food service at that time. Add the fact only one of the three elevators worked during the entire 3 days we stayed I would not ever recommend this place to anyone else and will be looking to other hotels next time I visit my family in Memphis again.

I got there after midnight. There was 1 deskclerk and I was 3rd in line and waited 15 minutes to check in. The floors around the elevators had trash scattered as well as trash in the elevators. There were several "Megabus" in the parking area and there ware quite a few kids present (maybe a special event?)..........Otherwise the room was clean as I would expect at Crowne Plaza. Probably needed a bit more attention to public areas cleanliness...........I paid $132 and expected a bit more cleanliness.. . .
