What a beautiful house, garden and pool! The photos do not do it justice. The house was spotlessly clean, with everything (and more) you would need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen incredibly well-equipped and the pool is fabulous - clean, a great temperature and an absolute joy to swim in with the incredible escarpment view in the background. We were a family of 4, with two children and the house was perfect for us. Meloisey was very quiet, it being August - it is worth noting that there are no restaurants or shops in the village, but Beaune has everything you need, approximately 15 minutes away and has a great market on a Saturday. Christophe and Gisela were great hosts, and offered lots of information about the area. If you like a beautiful house, great pool, stunning views and wine, this is the place for you! (Sunrise from the top of the escarpment was a highlight for us). Thank you Christophe and Gisela!

A big,well appointed home.

We needed a large house for 7 people and this property did the trick. It isn't exactly bucolic in that it's in town with neighbors on both sides of the property. There are no amenities in Meloisey so there is a good bit of driving to obtain groceries,etc. The home is well designed and the kitchen very well appointed and the rooms have AC and good beds. It's close to many of the top wine areas in Burgundy and the town of Beaune is only 20 minutes with very good restaurants and shopping. We had a a week of very stormy weather so we used the pool only once but it's a good size and the outdoor area is well appointed. The owner made several suggestions for things to visit in the area which was helpful and Nathalie,the manger that met us at the beginning and as we left was great.

Très bon séjour

Nous étions avec nos trois enfants, adultes. Chacun sa chambre, et tous ensemble dans la superbe cuisine bien équipée, ou dans le salon décoré avec goût. Grand jardin - nous avons seulement regretté que la piscine soit bâchée, car l'eau froide ne nous rebute pas. Dehors, belles promenades depuis le village, de jour (nous avons même aperçu le Mont Blanc!) comme de nuit (jardins agrémentés de lucioles). Belle rencontre d'un vigneron du village. Gîte bien situé pour découvrir la Bourgogne viticole.Il manquait juste une bouteille d'aligoté d'accueil pour un apéro le premier soir:)Nous déconseillerions ce gîte pour de très jeunes enfants (piscine non protégée, escalier à trous).

Très bon moments passés entre amis dans la maison de Meloisey . Les prestations sont de qualité, la maison complètement équipée et l environnement propice au dépaysement . L endroit est bien situé pour faire des sorties sans s éloigner trop de la maison. C est un vrai plus. Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end dans cette magnifique maison. La maison était très bien équipée (et surtout pour cuisiner à notre plus grand plaisir), tout était très simple d'utilisation. Les chambres sont tres comfortables, les salles de bains très propres (ainsi que le reste de la maison), et chaque pièce a beaucoup de charme. La maison est lumineuse et l'endroit est parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous avons passés un super moment de retrouvaille entre amis, il y a énormément d'espace, une grand table pour dîner, une grand salon pour être tous ensemble ce qui est super ! Nous reviendrons pour visiter les alentours et esperons rester plus longtemps cette fois ci ! Un grand merci aux hôtes pour mettre à disposition cette belle maison !

Bourgondisch genieten met het gezin

We huurden het karaktervolle huis in Meloisy voor 14 dagen. Het huis biedt voldoende ruimte en comfort voor 8 volwassenen. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot en we voelden ons hartelijk welkom door het vriendelijk onthaal van Manuela. Op de (hoofdzakelijk) zonnige dagen genoten we van het terras met elektrische buitenkeuken. Het (verwarmde) zwembad zorgde voor de nodige verfrissing. We gingen wandelen tussen de wijngaarden en wijnproeven. De eigenaar deelde uitgebreid informatie over de mogelijkheden in de buurt. Onze cultuurhonger bracht ons naar Beaune, Autun en Fontenay. We wandelden in het park Morvan en bij Baume-les-Messieurs. Op de weinige regendagen kookten we samen in de goed ingerichte keuken, deden gezelschapsspellen of keken naar een film in de ruime zithoek. Het rustig gelegen huis was voor dit alles een perfecte thuisbasis. We hebben ervan genoten!

Very nice stay !

We had a very nice stay... house is very very well equipped and garden and pool are lovely. Location is perfect and very close to puligny, meursault, Chassagne so perfect for wine tasting weekend with friends. Owner is very nice and provides very good recommandations in the area (restaurant, wine houses, etc.)

Au coeur de la Bourgogne des grands vins

La maison est en tout point identique aux photos dans l’annonce et idéalement située des grands domaines tels que Pommard et Meursault! Si vous aimez les animaux alors vous aurez une petite basse cour de poules, oies, canards et biquette chez les voisins ainsi que la visite régulière d’un gentil chat veritable machine à ronrons. Nous avons bien profité du grand salon, des grandes chambres et de la piscine bienvenue durant les chaudes journées. En revanche, le four était HS et aucune solution de repli tel que mini four-grill ou un micro-ondes qui nous aurait bien dépanné. Aussi faire attention pour accéder a la cave ou se trouve la machine a laver et les poubelles, il y a une grosse barre métallique qui vous rappelle douloureusement sa presence! Peut être mieux la signaler pour éviter d’autres bobos. Idéal pour visiter la région des grands vins de Bourgogne! Et merci Christophe pour les conseils avisés des restaurants et commerçants!!!

Quel week-end nous avons passé !!!!

Superbe maison refaite avec beaucoup de goût et plein de détails décoratifs très agréables et fonctionnels. Un grand bravo pour toute la partie éclairage!!! Nous étions 7 en famille et chacun s'est senti tout de suite à l'aise. La cuisine est très bien agencée et très bien équipée!!! En plus nous avons pu profiter de la piscine chauffée ( un plus) et de la terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. Christophe est très réactif et répond à toutes les questions. Un grand merci à Manuela. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir!!!
