Situated on the first floor, the holiday apartment with beautiful floor tiles consists of a generous, light-flooded living/dining room with 3 single beds, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a double bed as well as one single bed) as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include a washing machine and a television. The highlight of the property is the long, spacious balcony which wraps around the apartment. Here you can enjoy delicious meals together in the fresh air at the dining table and admire the view of the surrounding cityscape. Round off your evenings with a glass of wine under the clear, starry sky. You furthermore have a small terrace where you can hang up your laundry and bathing suits after a long day at the beach. Due to the apartment’s exceptional location, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and gelaterias as well as the historic tower and promenade along the harbor are just beyond your front door - 100 m away. Furthermore, the beautiful, sandy beach Spiaggia Le Fontanelle is only 280 m or a 4-minute walk away. Here you can sunbathe below the warm, Italian sky and refresh yourself in the Adriatic Sea.



Bed linens and towels, unfortunately, cannot be provided.

The house is not equipped with tablecloths or tea towels. But you will find in the kitchen all the utensils you need to cook and eat.
