holiday home with star-vaulted ceiling is equipped with every accessory
and is ideal for a charming and relaxing holiday. Pets are allowed.
It is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning,
microwave oven, washer-dryer, bath courtesy kit, hair-dryer. Welcome
kit and daily cleaning with linen change every 4
days included. Shared area with heated pool, internet.
Luxury holiday home for 5 guests in San Foca
The
holiday home is introduced by a small covered patio which leads to the
shared swimming pool area. The apartment opens into a living room with
open kitchen and induction hob, dining area with flat-screen tv.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: the first suite for 3 guests,
with mezzanine floor, queen-sized sofa bed, air conditioning nad safe,
glass door that overlooks the solarium area with shared swimming pool.
It has an ensuite bathroom.
The second suite is on the left of the dining area and it`s a double bedroom with private bathroom, glass door overlooking a pertinent small outdoor area with a beautiful view on the sea.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 70 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation for day
- Shared Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 80 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Bed linen and towels included every 4 nights for a minimum stay of 6 nights.
- Shared Garden, solarium and outdoor shower.
