Set on approximately 1/2 acre, there are many vantage points to enjoy the view in the sun or under a shady tree at the rear of the garden and with spectacular uninterrupted north facing mountain views from the huge decking at the front, you will be spoilt for choice to relax and unwind.
Explore La La Falls only 5 mins walk away, admire the majestic Donna Buang view from the north facing terrace and enjoy a hideaway that backs onto a serene rainforest. An idyllic getaway for nature enthusiasts, enjoy wine on the terrace, BBQ or cooking over the sunset and easy access to all the magic of the Warburton area. The back deck traverses to a large, forested garden with a private rainforest clearing at the top, where you have the magic of a nature retreat and the comfort of a modern home.
Upstairs offers, a north facing open plan living, kitchen, living & dining area which faces out onto a large outdoor terrace and entertaining area, with majestic views. There are two large bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed and private ensuite, 2nd bedroom has a bunk with queen size bed at the bottom and single on top. A central bathroom with bath services the living areas and there are also laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer. Split system heating/cooling for your comfort.
Downstairs is fully self contained with own kitchen and bathroom, master bedroom with queen size bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, spacious living area and central bathroom. There is a cosy woodfire to keep you toasty warm.
