The Art House in Rosebud has everything you need for a luxury trip away on the Peninsula. The property is great for large families or groups and comfortably sleeps 13 in beds and can accommodate 15 with couch that turns into extra bed.

Pricing:
The base price is for 4 guests and the price increases by $40 (plus booking platform fees and online payment charges) per person per total booking nights for every guest after.

A cot and high chair are available for hire through our guest portal if needed during your stay.

Pets:
Trained Dogs are welcome.
Your must clean up all hair and dropping from your dog.
There is a leash free dog park down the road

Groups:
This property is suitable for families, couples and large groups.
We do not accept schoolies bookings - Please have other houses on our portfolio that do. Please ask

House Rules:
No Parties allowed
No smoking inside the house
No loud music anytime
Neighbours must be respected at all times
No noise after 11pm weekends and 9pm weeknights

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am, this is negotiable pending other bookings
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

Secuity cameras:
Please note there are cameras at the front of the property for security purposes.

Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $600.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1500.

Location:
The house is located on a quiet street in close proximity to shops and beach. The neighbouring houses are a combination of holiday and private homes.
Rosebud and the surrounding Mornington Peninsula have a-lot to offer including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, wineries, amazing restaurants, hot springs, family activities and local markets.

There is something for everyone to so all year around and is the perfect short or long stay holiday destination.
