Awful!! Cannot even give it 1 star....

I have just spent 4 days in a house in St Albans Melbournewhich was a experience of horror of dirt and grime honestly how can youpromote this house for people to rent at such a high cost for this house I am very angry have never felt so dirty that I even used a cloth to open doors.I wiped down with anti bacterial wipes all surfaces and things we used.The bathrooms were clean.Upstairs in better condition than down stairs.Cobwebs & spiders every where. We had to guy buy a pan to use to be able to cook. Host was rude and overseas and partner left in charge, who tried to rectify situation but it was beyond that. Even though they offered to get cleaners back in, it should not have been in this state to start with. There was no power or gas on when we arrived and therefore fridge/freezer was not cold to put in produce just bought at shops. I have photos to show the terrible state of this house.

It was a great location but it was very cold. So cold the milk and soft drinks froze in the fridge. Plenty of blankets. Warm sleeps.
