Positive: Location is good. Negative: Many. Read on. They are a dodgy operation. Good luck getting your holding deposit back. After providing my credit card for the holding deposit, they asked me to put in another $200 deposit but this time to their bank account. When I questioned them, they said it was a new policy. I refused and showed them a copy of their policy which specified that a credit card sufficed. It's a very small apartment. Noisy from the wind and highway If you have any complaints, good luck in reaching wotif customer support.

This is a scam, there is no property. I arrived at the address to find it is not a hotel as advertised but privately owned apartments, i tried to contact the 'hotel' on the number provided on the booking but it has been disconnected. I paid for a night's accommodation and got nothing and can not contact the vendor to get a refund. Incredibly disappointing!!

Disaster, we arrived at the property by taxi in the morning. Could not contact management. Had to walk around with our luggage for the day. Later advised by text that our room was under renovation and not available. Continued to and endeavoured to call the number given by Expedia, only to be advised that phone calls were not answered on week ends. An unprofessional establishment

The property is exactly as advertise - wonderful and clean. Very satisfied with the condition of it. However, communication with the owners/managers of this property has been AWFUL! On the day of check in, I tried to call them multiple times and contact expedia as well just to ensure that this booking is legitimate. Furthermore, after providing the owners of this property credit card authorisation, 5 fraudulent transactions occured with my card, it may be a coincidence but I have never had fraudulent activities in my card until now. Even now, I am still waiting on my booking deposit refund!!!

None of the amenities were available as promised, no further communication after simply saying 'no refund.' We did not stay in the property - handed back the key within 20 minutes of check-in, and we were booked for more than one night. I have tried to follow up with wotif as well.

Budget stop over.

Location is ideal. Apartment clean & assessible. Extremely windy due to position on Freeway. Cheap cosmetics, not eco in picture. We were charged $80 cleaning fee as we left beds unmade, 1 cofffee cup & 2 glasses which were washed but air drying as no T towell. Cushions on couch not left in same position. Customer service lacking. Took 3 hours upon arroval, 7 days to refund partial deposit & 6 days to return call. This alone will make me never stay. We found previous persons jewellery which we placed in box with key. Very noisey apartment but cheap at $170.This is my 1st negative review ever. I have been a long term member.
