Mean - amenities were cheap and old. Nothing spent on it in a while. Unit sleeps four but only two mugs, and towel rail barely held two towels if that. pretty dirty - while the kitchen, bathroom and bedding were clean, the rest of our apartment was dirty. Hand marks on the glass, hard floors dirty, skirting boards covered in dust, corridors hadn't been cleaned in many weeks. Walls in entry way were covered in scuffs marks up and down. Visiting the hospital for a scan, we asked if we could leave our car in the car park till ten thirty. Yes, they said, check your keys out and come back and we'll let you get your car out. Arriving back at ten thirty to leave, no one in the office, none of the phone numbers got answered, we were left waiting for someone to turn up but no one did. Finally a resident of the building opened up the garage door for us to get our car out. Understandably reluctant. There were notices telling the guests what they were not allowed to do. Whole place was dirty, shabby, mean and neglected. Thought the staff were okay until they let us down. There is no one in the office during the day and no way of getting in touch. Won't be going back there - rather sleep in the park...

Apartment was not clean with dust on bedside tables, dirty marks on bathroom wall and the kitchen bin, and also dirty water marks on the sofa. Waited at reception until 9.15am (should’ve been open at 9am) to complete registration the morning after arrival, delaying our early start. The location was good for where we needed to be but would not stay again.

Your front receptionist was a disgrace and disrespectful person. After receiving confirmation of booking and lining up to check in, a gentleman in front of us was complaining that his booking wasn't in the system. The front desk said "its ok sir, I will cancel someone elses booking to get you in" needless to say that was us whilst waiting in line. When trying to check in, he said sorry but we don't have any rooms left and lied to our face when he was telling us! we called him on his lie and he went all red in the face, had no empathy or sympathy and just said "We have the right to reject/cancel any booking for any reason we deem necessary" What a disgrace

The hall way in front of my door was dirty the entire time I was there. There cleaning staff, a couple were helpful but their lack of English was a barrier explaining things to them, The one clean who spoke English refuse my request for fresh towels and vacuuming the hallway in front of my door.

Didnt even make it into the door! The reception was unmandated and when i tried to call ahead, the line was "busy" or i was unable to call through.. When i arrived two dogs entered the building, this place said that they catered for pets/service animals, then when upon arrival was told i couldnt enter because of my support dog.

Avoid. Staff are not responsible or caring. The listing was out of date with incorrect check-in times and descriptions of rooms. When I presented these facts to reception, the staff did not acknowledge my grievances and changed the subject; he had a defeatist attitude. I was assigned the incorrect room and only with persistence was moved. I was promised a partial refund yet have not heard back from them weeks later. The ground floor persistently stank from food coming in and out the days I was there. The single elevator broke down one time, and the general vibe and parking situation is unpleasant. Uncaring. Can stay if you have to, but not a preference.
