The Wrap in Southbank was fantastic! Perfect location near the river, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We changed first room as room was filthy. They moved us to other room which had a cracked vanity. The bathroom was clogged as water wouldn’t flow through the grating in the shower. The washing machine didn’t work. We advised reception but no one bothered to attend to it. We had to do laundry at a Laundromat. Unpleasant stay.
