Great location

Location on Pascoe vale rd right at the tram stop was excellent with a short tram ride to the heart of Melbourne. Street parking was in short supply due to most being permit allocated. Although off street parking was free charging for induction to use the car stacker was not mentioned in the booking. Cleaning of the apartment was very poor, upon arrival we found dirty tissues on the floor in the master bed along with previous renters prescription medical in the robe. Both bathrooms had mould on the base of shower screens along with a thick covering of grime on the exhaust vents. In the kitchen the cutlery was in short supply and it took two days before any extra was dropped off. If this accomodation was cleaned properly it would be a 4 star review.
