Everything described by the owner for this 30th floor unit is correct, but the two things that were somewhat hidden is that it is very tiny with limited flat-pack clothes storage space, and that the parking is NOT in the same building. As we were arriving by car with a reasonable amount of luggage and some food supplies, parking was one of the deciding issues for selecting this site. But because the parking is in another building across busy Elizabeth St, which because of roadworks meant having to negotiate around a busy set of city blocks, the check-in process took us just over an hour after retrieving the first key. But for those without a car, the unit is indeed cosy, and very well situated to access the abundant local Asian restaurants, the CBD, and the Vic Markets.
Getting details about the location, parking, and multi-key check-in process was not provided until the last evening before arrival, and only then after agitation from us. Keeping the mystery about a house or unit alive until the last minute is very high stress for the client. Those details should be provided many days prior, even if the actual codes to access keys are left to the last moment.
