Set at the rear of a quiet block, my 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom townhouse has everything you'll need for your quick family getaway! With a large, secure yard (pet friendly), entertainment space, and comfort all around, look no further and book your stay at my place!
Conveniently located just a moments walk from the #109 tram.
Less than 300 metres to the Balwyn Shopping strip and surrounded by parks and cafes, it is just minutes to the Eastern Freeway, and Box Hill Central shopping & transport hub.
The Space:
Appealingly renovated, it features robes to all bedrooms, ensuite, open living, kitchen with Bosch gas cooktop, electric oven and dishwasher, hydronic heating and ducted evaporative cooling. Parking is generous with both a carport and garage. The paved yard, also has a substantial decked area and is spacious and private.

WORST CHECK IN EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON STAYZ
UNIT WAS QUITE GOOD ONCE WE GOT IN THEY GAVE US THE WRONG CODE TO ACCESS KEYS AND HAD TO RING AND THE CLEANER GAVE US THE RIGHT CODE. PRIOR CONTACT WITH HOST WAS A NIGHTMARE IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO SORT OUT BOOKING. EG PLS SEND ID TO -----@-----.--- THESE HOSTS WERE VERY UNSATISFACTORY.
