The local Mount Martha village and its restaurants, cafes and supermarket are only 2km away. Located amongst a quiet group of stand alone units this property is perfect for couples or small families. The alfresco yard is fenced and private, with a gate opening out to park land. Enjoy relaxing and be sure to enjoy some of the many wineries and local attractions!
