Good location, and staff communication - they let me check in 2hrs early. Unfortunately the toilet was loudly leaking/dripping all night long. When I opened the back of the toilet, there was a kitchen dishcloth wrapped around the broken inlet valve, water pouring out. So this must have been known to be an issue in the past, but an attempt to hide it rather than fix it made.

Second stay at the Adara, and was a 1 bed apartment and spacious. A little dated but perfect location for me and a 15 minute walk to the MCG. The only comment I would make is there was no hand soap, still uses disposable shampoo/conditioner etc and there is no dish in the shower to put them in.

I had to attend Epworth Richmond and this was so close and affordable as we are from Regional NSW. We found the proximity to things and the ease of finding what we needed was great. We would love to plan another stay which doesn't involve the hospital to really enjoy the offers of the area.

Hotel reception person was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was huge and comfortable. I appreciated the parking.The only negative was the tv did not show any free to air channels only fox. I wanted to watch the election coverage so had to do on my phone.
