We visit Melbourne Beach often and this is by far our favorite property. Every room has a beautiful view of the ocean and we could tell they paid attention to the details. Everything from the window treatments to the kitchen table was quality. We will definitely be booking again soon and Gibbs Baum had excellent communication throughout our trip.

This was the perfect for a family getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday! House was wonderful — exactly as pictured, plenty of beach supplies/toys and beautiful views. Beach is remote and one of the finest I’ve experienced in Brevard County.

This beach front house was perfect for our Florida vacation. We choose this property for its size and location to friends and family. The accommodations were plentiful with games and activities to help keep our friend’s children occupied during their day visits. There was plenty of space with multiple rooms with tv’s for some downtime also. The game room on the first floor has multiple board games and a tabletop shuffle board game. Outside games included an oversized Connect Four game and Corn Hole. We took advantage of the oversized fire pit for an evening get together. We bought the fire wood at the Publix Supermarket 7 miles north of the property. I personally enjoyed the wood deck next to the beach for some coffee and the most beautiful sunrises. Beach chairs were in the garage for some beach time and an outdoor shower is at the back of the house to wash away the sand afterwards. There was a grill in the garage that can be wheeled outside for some outdoor grilling. If you’re looking for an oversized house on the beach, then this place is the perfect spot.

Very nice private rural beach rental

We stayed here (3 level Aquarina Sunnyland beach house) for 5 nights with our teenage daughters, their friends, and my elderly mother-in-law. The location: Out of the way, but worth it to us. We chose to fly into Orlando Sanford and drove to this rental. It took about 1.5 hours to make the trip; traffic was minimal. Well south of Melbourne and as a result there was practically no one on the beach with us. I recommend Publix grocery store to the north on Hwy A1A for food and supplies. They have pretty much everything you will need. Additional paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues) and more food that you think you will need. I'd suggest getting bottled water to drink. The tap water smells. If you need any beach clothing / flip flops, then I'd recommend either Surf Style or Ron John's. The view: 3rd level (bedroom level) is the best. The view from the 2nd level (kitchen/living room) is not as good but you can still see the water; just not the sand (because the dune and vegetation obscures the view some) The activities; There is a seafood restaurant a couple miles to the north. New England pub and grill. The Sebastian inlet is a few miles to the south and it is worth going to. It is easy to drive to and park. Lots of wildlife and large fish to see. They have good food there too. Be advised; this house has steep stairs on all levels and is not a good choice if you have bad knees / hips or mobility problems. House has beach chairs, umbrella

Living the salt life dream

This house was in the perfect location for us to fully embrace coastal living at its finest from surfing to paddle boarding to snorkeling and beyond. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful girls getaway. Gibbs was a great communicator and check in and out was a breeze. Speaking of breezes, we enjoyed many coming off the ocean while partaking in a cocktail from one of the epic balconies. I could really get used to more beach life and can’t wait to return.

Quality preparation, sparkling clean, Perfect Beach

Roomy, newly appointed, CLEAN house with every imaginable amenity. Glorious sunrises over perhaps the most beautiful, relatively uninhabited beach that we have visited since our honeymoon on Hanalei Bay. Not least of all was the quality of the property's management. Gibbs Baum was our host, and he personally worked to ensure that his high standards were met - be it the luxurious linens to the slightly dripping tap. We have rented MANY oceanfront properties, and we can say that Gibbs delivered for us the BEST experience yet.

Beautiful, Comfortable Beach House in Melbourne

Our party of 5 adults stayed at this home for three weeks. There were a few minor glitches mostly associated with a transition to new ownership, but overall, all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property Manager, Gibbs Baum, was very attentive and quickly responded to any questions or issues. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect Beach House

This beach house is absolutely perfect! The views are breathtaking and are our favorite part of this gorgeous home...views and balconies from every room! We loved having direct access to the beach too. We spent a week and found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated having enough kitchen/bathroon essentials til we got to the grocery store. The home is also stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, toys, coolers. umbrellas etc. The owners have thought of everything. Most importantly, this home was very clean and the property manager, Gibbs, was a gem to work with! We highly recommend this property!
