Really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Parking was a bit tricky at first, but the host quickly provided extra passes, which was super helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Incredibly friendly and helpful environment!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The room is cozy and comes fully stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. Additionally, the Villatel team was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Wonderful time!

Our stay at the property was a breeze! It was spotless clean and had excellent amenities. The 24/7 customer service also offered plenty of assistance during our stay. Being in close proximity to lots of eateries, mini golf and other attractions made it even more inviting. We had a wonderful time there and would give it 10/10!

Desirable location!

This property is worth the money. It's situated in a very desirable location, offering a peaceful and hygienic environment. The kitchen and bathroom are also well equipped and spotless. I would certainly suggest giving this place a try!

Memorable Stay!

Our home was very tidy and relaxing. The decor had a cozy and welcoming feel, which made it really enjoyable. We were also impressed by how meticulous the housekeeping staff were, with various amenities adding an extra touch of warmth. Check-in went smoothly and there was an abundance of private parking spots available. Plus, all the great amenities inside made our stay even more memorable.

Great for Families

With Hurricane Milton doing damage to the west coast of Florida we had to pivot from our usual vacation spot and ended up here in Melbourne Beach. We appreciated that the house fit our family of 15 with room to spare. We also enjoyed the extra touches such as the theater room, karaoke machine, pool table and other games. My one complaint was that the kitchen supplies were very basic. I ended up going out to purchase a hand mixer. We like to cook a lot on vacation and thankfully I brought my own measuring spoons and cups, so be prepared. Also the odd numbered houses get little direct sun during the day in November. Had I known this I may have rented on the other side of the street. The community pool and hot tub were nearby and was a nice option. Overall we had a great time and would consider returning.
