The hotel was fine. The room was nice (though there was mold in the shower). The phone also didn’t work so I was not able to call down for room service. When I checked in, front desk staff didn’t speak English, but there was a bellhop who was able to speak. He was super helpful.

Hvac/ac system so loud that could not sleep through the night. Shower will not drain bc apparently they put a cover on it so it does not smell bc there is no ptrap on the drain system pipes. Totally inconvenient location very far from all shops and masjid al-nabwi. Very outdated facility. Terrible service. Front desk told me to call back bc no one was available at reception first time I called. Very very expensive. I paid too much and feel totally ripped off. Could have gotten a much much better hotel closer to haram and much nicer. Totally dissapointed with expedia’s rwcommendation of this hotel and will think twice before booking with expedia.

We stayed with kids for three days. This hotel is a bit away from Haram. Shuttle has a schedule unlike other hotels frequently pick/drop. Staff is cooperative. Sahoor was good and served the purpose. Room are quite and bit warm, so if you r traveling in summer, plz make sure the AC is working. Within same or less amount u may find better alternatives near haram at walking distance.

Very nice but with some slight restrictions

Loved the family suite we received. Very nice and spacious. It was quite expensive and we were disappointed when there was an incident in which they did not allow us to take some breakfast to our room for our children despite how much we paid.

This place was so comfortable everyone whom worked here was really really kind and helpful. I loved the customer service rooms was very clean and big I had a 3 bed in a room .. very very nice . They have breakfast buffet which changed daily of breakfast selections and also There’s a McDonald’s across a street that I saw which was nice . They have a shuttle that goes to prophets mosque like every 30 min or so. Great place to stay !
