Newly remodeled and furnished! This studio apartment is solar-powered and uses high-efficiency appliances, cotton linens, and eco-friendly products whenever possible. We do a two-step cleaning/sanitizing process to guard against the spread of illness. Entry and use is private; you never have to interact with anyone in-person if you don’t want to. We are located in the heart of the famous Rogue Valley. Stay with us while you pursue adventure:

- Hiking and/or mountain biking any of the hundreds of miles of trails, including sections of the Pacific Crest Trail

The Sunshine Studio was an awesome stay. The calming and cozy studio was impeccably clean, tidy, and pleasant overnight stopover. It’s easy to find with great on-site parking.
