This charming and thoughtfully designed newer 850 sq. ft. cottage is a clean and simple, with modern amenities. A warm, welcoming atmosphere, where you can relax after a day of exploring. It is a great choice for both short visits and extended says. With its prime location, in a safe East Medford cul-de-sac close to shopping restaurants and the airport. Central location with easy access to the freeway. Full Kitchen, W/D, two queen bedrooms and a quaint little patio, with seating and a BBQ.

One small pet is allowed at the property, but must be approved and disclosed.

AC unit failed and it was over 80 inside all week. Smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana for weeks prior and we could not get smell out. Grass was really crispy and we didn't want to use the coal burning grill due to lack of water. Also tons of spiders everywhere with no screen on back bedroom.

Very cute little home that was perfect for our family’s needs. The property manager is INCREDIBLY communicative, probably the most communicative PM I have ever dealt with. Was able to get ahold of them immediately with a check in issue, as well as throughout the stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
