The charming holiday apartment “Ferienwohnung Welte” is situated in a quiet area of Meckenbeuren, only a short drive from the shores of Lake Constance. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, cable television, a baby cot, a children’s bed and a highchair. On the beautiful balcony with seating furniture, you can start the day with breakfast and enjoy wonderful mountain views. The shared outdoor area comprises a garden, where you can spend the evenings with tasty dinners from the barbecue, as well as a little swimming pond for refreshing swims and table tennis for fun afternoons. Alles in allem eine schöne Zeit

Pros: Im Sommer ist es da sicherlich schöner, da kann man Balkon und Pool genießen. Wir waren im Winter da. Die Wohnung ist aber sehr gepflegt. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Metzgerei im Ort und das lokal Torstube in Tettnang Cons: Etwas merkwürdig war das Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer. Außerdem war so gar kein Gewürz vorhanden. Da muß man halt alles mitbringen.

Pros: Wir hatte das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Welte zu verbringen, und es war absolut wunderbar! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern bietet auch alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und dennoch zentral, mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Familie Welte war unglaublich gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der liebevoll gepflegte Garten, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung jedem wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Vielen Dank an die Familie Welte für eine unvergessliche Zeit! Cons: Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!

Gute Lage, sauber, wenig Atmosphäre und Infos

Pros: Die Wohnung war gut gelegen und sehr ruhig. Ideal zum Besuch der Messe in Friedrichshafen. Große Küche mit allem was man braucht vorhanden. Bad groß genug und mit allem Komfort. Cons: Es gab keinerlei Informationen über die Gegebenheiten vor Ort, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Ärzte, Apotheken, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. Der Vermieter hat sich kaum für eine Einführung Zeit genommen. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ungünstig aufgeteilt, ein sehr großes Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten plus Sitzlandschaft aber ohne Kleiderschränke, eine sehr kleines zweites Schlafzimmer in dem jede Menge Schränke den Raum vollständig ausgefüllt haben, also kaum Platz um sich zu drehen. Nur eine Nachtischlampe die sehr grell geleuchtet hat. Große Küche mit Sofa aber kein Wohnzimmer. Küchenstühle durchgesessen und eine Rückenlehne defekt. Bei Belegung mit 4 Erwachsenen alles etwas dürftig. Im Bad waren die Armaturen der Dusche nicht mehr funktionstüchtig. Es gab 4 Sätze Handtücher alle in weiß, wie bitte soll man da unterscheiden und jede/r sein Handtuch wiederfinden?

Die Lage der Wohnung ist praktisch. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit ab. Die Pizzeria gleich um die Ecke ist unserer Meinung nach sehr gut. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet: Große, helle Zimmer mit Rollläden, viel Platz, funktionelle Einrichtung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erlebnisreiche Region, wenn man mobil ist!

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter hilfsbereit. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Man kann sich grundsätzlich wohl fühlen! Cons: Der Vermieter hat 3 Hunde, einen großen und zwei kleinere. Die bellen auch schon mal am Morgen und auch Abends nach 22 Uhr, das stört schon. Die wollen auch beschnuppern und wenn man das nicht mag ist das lästig. Auch die Einflugschneise für den Flughafen ist oft frequentiert. Hier fliegen die Jet's vielleicht noch 300 m hoch, der Flughafen ist nur noch 5 Km entfernt! Der Vermieter hat einen Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt, aber der Schirmständer ist viel zu leicht. Schon bei wenig Wind fällt alles um. Hier wäre eine Markise angebracht, da der Balkon ab mittags in der Sonne liegt! In Meckenbeuren selbst gibt es nichts Sehenswertes, man muss schon die Bodenseeregion erkunden. Dazu braucht es das Auto. Es gibt auch keine Ermäßigungskarte für Besuche, dafür wird auch keine Kurtaxe erhoben!Erlebnisreiche Region wenn man mobil ist

Wir hatten erholsame Tage in einer freundlichen Umgebung.

Pros: Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ein Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus steht auch zur Verfügung (praktisch beim Ein- und Auspacken). Ein schnelles WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es bestand außerdem die Möglichkeit den Pool im Garten zu nutzen, was wir jedoch wegen anderer Aktivitäten nicht genutzt haben. Von der Ferienwohnung sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Orte in ca. einer halben Stunde erreichbar, einige auch in kürzerer Zeit (Zeppelinmuseum). Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr ruhig, abgesehen davon, dass zu bestimmten Tageszeiten tagsüber mal ein Flieger auf dem Weg nach Friedrichshafen über's Dach fliegt. Insgesamt können wir diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Cons: Vielleicht als Empfehlung: Geschirr und Besteck reicht bei 4 Personen nur für eine Mahlzeit. Hier wäre ein zweiter Satz hilfreich, damit man nicht so oft am Tag spülen muss oder die Geschirrspülmaschine unnötig oft verwendet. Zusätzlich zum vorhandenen Staubsauger wäre vielleicht auch ein Handfeger und Kehrblech nützlich, um kleineren Schmutz schnell zu beseitigen. Ansonsten alles top.

Pros: god lejlighed god beliggenhed ikke langt til Bodensøen hvor der en rigtig mange ting man kan foretage sig. Desuden er der mange gode forslag til udflugter på Welte hjemmesidde lejligheden ligger i et stille og roligt kvarter ikke langt til indkøb restaurant m.m. og både hr og fru Welte er flinke personer perfekt Tak for opholdet med venlig hilsen fru og hr Olesen Danmark Cons: mig og min kone kan ikke rigtig se hvad der skulle forbedres vi var fuldt ud tilfreds

Wir waren in der Wohnung mit zwei Kindern und sind absolut begeistert. Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich, warm. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Min mit dem Auto vom Bodensee. Also können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
