We really enjoyed all these aspects of our stay. However, the service at the front desk was very disappointing. We checked in at 7-7:30pm, and the receptionist who assisted us — a blonde woman around 60-65 years old with two braids — was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. What made the experience disappointing was that my husband had recently undergone knee surgery, so we specifically requested any room that would not require using stairs.
