The property itself was fine but the experience went south pretty quickly. We stayed for 8 days and four of the days we did not have running water due to an arcing electrical power panel. That meant we didn’t have AC or fans adequate for 85-90 degree weather. When communicating with Ron or Zachary they were friendly but they didn’t accept until the electrician came out what I was trying to tell them. When I asked for a discount/refund I was told that I had received an already good deal and would not receive additional discount. I had been hauling water from a nearby steam to be able to flush the toilet!The men who live on the main floor were certainly helpful and they helped haul water for us too. When I informed them that the stove/oven didn’t work they did bring us an air fryer. Thank you!At the very end of our stay I asked about a refund and told it was being processed. Thanks. My refund today was communicated at 100. I ask you, what would you expect for an 8 night stay and 4 of the 8 days we had: no running water, no AC, no cell service unless I connect to Starlink and have a WiFi cell service, no stove/ oven, and I had to haul water myself up a hill from a stream to be able to flush the toilet. Again, the folks seemed friendly but very disappointed in the lack of urgency to solve the situation. In the pics attached you can see that I would be “comped for the last couple of days”. Thats not what I received. What we received was just over 100.
