This charming cottage offers a tastefully designed interior with a spacious living area overlooking the terrace and pool. On the ground floor there is an accessible bedroom with a private shower room. All remaining bedrooms are on the first floor.
Outdoor amenities include a one-hectare property with fields and woods, starting trails for walks, and a children's playground equipped with a trampoline, swing, and table tennis. The paved terrace with a pergola offers a relaxing space with a barbecue and exotic wood furniture. The private pool, secured by an alarm system, measures 10 m x 5 m and sits just 10 m from the house.
Please note that on the same plot, approximately 10 m away, the owner has a second holiday rental, also with a private pool. Both rentals are strategically positioned to maintain privacy, with no fence between them, and their orientations preserve the secluded atmosphere. Each rental has its private parking and access.
