Great condos right on one of the best beaches in Maui. Remodeled rooms are nice.

One pool very cold. One warm hot tub hot. Decent prices at cafe. Great place

The condo had a very well stocked kitchen which served all of our needs and it had a beautiful view from our balcony. The grounds were beautiful and very well groomed. The only downside was that the restaurant had closed 2 weeks before our arrival and is looking for new management according to the sign on the door. The Gazebo was open for breakfast and lunch and was very good!

Was able to get and upgrade. 1 bedroom was roomy view of the ocean. Able to walk to the beach. No air conditioning made sleeping difficult

In front of the sea. Walk to a nice beach (turtles, fish)... Near others good beaches by car 10 minutes. Near the best city of Lahaina at 15 minutes. But not air conditioner in the room. It's a problem in 2016...

No air conditioning (didn't notice that and assumed Outrigger had it). Nice one bed apartment setup with private patio. Great for long term stays or families due to set-up. Close to bus stop, restaurants. Pool area also has some nice Weber grills for use. Two pools, easy access to beach. Didn't use restaurant but it looked good. Convenient location to shops, grocery stores and beach. Will need a car if you plan on venturing out - bus is hourly and just goes down road to Lahaina.

Hotel staff were hospitable and helpful. They gave us good pointers for snorkeling and visiting attractions. The cleaners only come in once in three days. They did not clean out the countertop and did not vacuum the room. I would suggest the cleaning be done more often as this hotel is for beach goers.

What amazing views, both from the room onto the gardens, and also from the grounds out to the beach and the ocean. We sat by the pool and watched the whales breach. Lovely setting that we thoroughly enjoyed. We also snorkeled with turtles right from our beach. Rooms were quiet and nicely updated, slept wonderfully!

Older property but well maintained. Beautiful location. It is a short walk to the beach. Nice big kitchen.

Maui was pretty much booked solid, we could only get a room for one night here on a spur of the moment trip. Very nice, gazebo is awesome food (get in line by 7:00 am or face a wait to remember). Easy walk to Napili bay. The hotel staff worked hard to locate another room for the rest of our three days at another resort going above and beyond. As a side bar though, while I appreciate having some place to stay for the rest of our trip we do not recommend the Eldorado resort unless you are in a jam like we were - it is simply nothing like the great Outrigger in Napili.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The entire staff were pleasant. The units were very well equipped for everything you might want to feel at home. The beds were comfortable as well. Didn't miss the lack of air conditioning. The only thing I wish was improved would be the noise coming from the parking lot. It woke me up on several occasions.

Everything was what it was described. Took the family, close to beach and quiet great restaurants on property too! Second stay and recommend to friends and family

I recently stayed at Napili Shores during a wedding on Maui. My lady and I wanted a getaway from the rest of the chaos and this was just what the doctor would have ordered. Restful (though the bed was bit too firm for me), breakfast at the Gazebo (though perhaps a bit pricey and a long wait because it is so busy), and overall the staff was very helpful and cheerful. Definitely a destination to return to for future Maui trips.

I booked this condo for 1 night because my place there was already booked. Love the location, especially with The Gazebo restaurant right there. The room has been remodeled, but the some of the furniture was not that comfortable. I think the price is a little above average compared to other West Maui properties. I'm glad I tried it once.

West Maui is great for snorkeling, hiking & swimming. We love it & love the Outrigger Napili Shores. Close to amazing snorkeling & close to Kaanapai & Lahaina.

Only stayed here for an overnight before travel. The room is spacious, a little outdated but comfortable. Full size fridge and real stove are a big plus for 'home cookers'. The location is great if you have a room near the ocean. For beach vacations this location is more limited than the big resort locations, not as much beach, and no big attractions / entertainment around.

This is a nice place to stay, relatively close to some good snorkel spots.

The hotel was layed out good. Not much to choose from on the menu. The room had no air conditioner. It was up close to the rain Forrest area so this time of year it wasn't very hot. It was very comfortable overall. I would recommend to a friend.

The property was nicely laid out. Two very nice pools. The bbq's were nice. On our favorite beach with great chances to see turtles. Breakfast at the gazebo was very nice.

I had a wonderful stay because I was with friends and did not set my expectations too high. The location was nice for snorkeling and playing on the beach with my son, and we loved swimming with the giant sea turtles just 100 yards from our room! However, there was no air-conditioning and the rooms were quite hot in August. It also stinks that the Gazebo café closes at 2 p.m. and the other restaurant doesn't open 'til 5 or 5:30 p.m., leaving that gap, and there is no room service. It was nice having a kitchen, though, so if you are inclined to shop for groceries, you can save money and have food at your convenience. Housekeeping only comes once per week, and you have to pay extra if you want the towels and bedding washed more than that. That seems a little stingy. There are two small pools which open at 8 a.m. and were never crowded during our stay. I just missed the perks of having more dining options, kids activities, and air conditioning. Overall this is a decent value, good location, quiet, family-friendly hotel with few frills.
