Great spot for a retreat away from everything.

Great hotel in a stunning location. Staff were all accommodating, food was very good and the pool big enough to do laps and not a soul in it. All in all a great stay (was there for a week). Not much in the way of food other than the hotel unless you have a car, and even then a drive down to Tateshina area, Chino or Suwa (at least 20 mins). is required. There is a Lawson about 5 mins. away, by car, in Shirakaba-ko.

初めての高原ホテル

景色、環境等ロケーションは最高です。部屋も広くて落ち着きがありましたが照明をもう少し明るくするといいと感じました。星空はとても綺麗でしたが施設の明かりがありでぼんやりでした。エアコンが殆ど使えなく不便でした。冷蔵庫のビール値段と自販機の値段に大きな差があり不思議でした。

やや古い感じは否めないが、部屋も広く居心地いい。 大浴場やレストランは、かなり密な感じになるのが残念。 特に問題ありませんが、この規模のホテル、料金にしては、到着時の出迎え、駐車場案内や荷物の受け取りなどのサービスはまったくありません。

ホテルは良かったですが、価格メリットはほぼ無しでした。 サイトから予約だけして、ホテルフロントで精算する。キャンセル料も無いのが安全で良いと思う。 こちらのサイトの予約ボタンは、利用法によっては詐欺紛いに感じる。単純に安いだけでボタンを押すと、キャンセルができない状態へ陥ります。

白樺リゾートからほど近く、食事もビュッフェが充実、部屋もかなり広くて子連れにも安心。 清潔感のあるキレイなホテル。 外のチャペルや写真スポットも多く 白樺リゾート周辺ならば、再度ここに泊まりたい。

部屋はとても雰囲気が良く、広く素敵でした。ロケーションは最高。 残念だったのは夕食バイキング。どの料理も作ってから時間が経っていて、固くなったり、乾いたり、のびたりしていました。いつも献立が同じの給食のような印象。種類も少なくない物の、どの味もイマイチで品質もなかなか良いとは言えず。値段が5000円するのはいいが、量、質ともに伴っていませんでした。
