Loved the staff, the customer service was great. However the bed was very very uncomfortable. If you need a bed with more cushion this isn’t the place for you. However, the location was close to Matsumoto station and the restaurants around the hotel were awesome!

Great location and professional staff. The rooms are tiny though. Like, really small. Probably the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, and I've stayed in over hundred hotels. Only because of that, i would find a different hotel if ever i pass through the city again. The free breakfast was just okay. I can't figure out why people rave about it.

This is an excellent hotel for one or two nights ( the rooms are small) but very clean, with helpful staff and in a very convenient location only 5 minutes walk from the station and 10 minutes walk to Matsumoto castle. The room rate was very good and this hotel offers good value.

Pretty new looking hotel. Room for was clean and modern. Bathroom was bigger than other hotel rooms I’ve stayed at in Japan. Staff were nice, and they offer free soba or ice cream nightly from 8-10pm. Close to the station, castle, and izakaya and restaurant area.

Excellent location. Less than 5mins walk to Matsumoto stn, tons of restaurants in the area and walking distance to Matsumoto castle. (Maybe 10mins walk? ) For what you pay, you get all you need. The breakfast choice was good as well.
