The modern holiday apartment "Serles" can be found in the quiet Mühlbachl and is ideally located to explore Tyrol. The barrier-free apartment has a living/dining area (with a sofa bed for 2 persons), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and a dryer, a baby bed, a cot and a high chair are also part of the amenities. Furthermore, the property has a shared garden and a private, furnished and covered terrace with barbecue. In the common area of the house, which is shared with the other 3 apartments, there is also a ping pong table, a billiard table, a kicker and a dartboard for your entertainment. Right next to the apartment is the Molinero Restaurant, which is run by the owners; breakfast can also be taken here. The apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions within Tyrol. It is located directly at the protected landscape area "Serles - Habicht - Zuckerhütl", here you can go hiking or for example to the pilgrimage church Maria Waldrast (4,4 km). In winter, some ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. A day trip to Innsbruck is also well worthwhile, the city can be reached in only 28 minutes by car (23 km). The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.



A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property. On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.

Pros: Eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für ein Paar mit einem großen Hund /oder Kind 😄Die Unterkunft liegt nicht weit von der Autobahn entfernt -man hört aber von der Autobahn selbst gar nichts. Der Eigentümer (Helmuth)ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind aufgrund der Wetterlage einen Tag früher abgereist. Auch hier gab es keinerlei Schwierigkeiten oder Ähnliches. Helmut kam spontan vorbei und hat uns flexibel ausgecheckt. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Pros: De check in ging soepel. Ik belde de eigenaar toen we er waren, moest alleen wat gegevens van mijzelf invullen en toen kregen we een rondleiding en de sleutel. Appartement zag er ook net zo netjes uit als op de foto en alles is aanwezig. Als je gebruik wilt maken van de wasmachine en droger krijg je van de eigenaar muntjes om deze te gebruiken. Je hebt een kleine vaatwasser en oven. Precies goed voor 2 personen. Ook de badkamer is netjes met een fijne douche. Shampoo, handzeep, afwasmiddel en vaatwastabletten zijn aanwezig wat erg fijn is.
