Let’s start from the beginning. Please read the listing and do so carefully. The first issue started when I got an email telling me a meeting point and the guide would then show us to our room. I spent a lot on ataxi from the train station to that meeting point only to find out there are actually at the room not as they said it in the email so then I paid another to get another taxi. The view is absolutely stunning but when they say away from crazy day busyness, they need to stress this is 30 minutes by bus from Sorrento and just to get to the bus you have to walk 15 minutes straight uphill so if you think about transporting with luggage, it’s not feasible if you want a taxi and especially at night many of them will not go to that location. You can’t take a bus down but seldom comes. I had to message because we came home one night and my daughter‘s bedroom was covered with ants in a corner and they replied that the spray is under the sink and that should help it meanI also complained multiple times that the AC wasn’t working. They followed up with a request and said how is it going? I told him it was still too hot and they said thank you for the feedback ,if you’re looking for a beautiful view and not to leave your room this place is great, but please read how they listed and very fine print at. It is absolutely away from everything you want. It is not convenient place to get anywhere else. There is no cafés around. There is no food. There’s nothing. Just awful
