Stroll down the boardwalk to a private beach, just 100 yards away. Enjoy a cookout and watch Cape Cod sunsets on the patio. The open living area, with vaulted ceilings and skylights, offers a great flow for entertaining. Compose postcards at the writing desk or watch favorite shows on the 32” TV with cable. A sofa offers comfy seating. Prepare your own home-cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fully stocked with all the cookware and gadgets you might need, and dine in the sunlit dining area or breakfast bar. The cottage sleeps up to five guests between the two bedrooms. Sleep soundly on a luxe queen bed in the main bedroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle below. The bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination. The location of the cottage is amazing. Walkable to the beach in a beautiful, family friendly community. The actual cottage could desperately use some maintaince and repairs prior to renting. There are drywall holes throughout the bathroom exposing the pipes and insulation. The kitchen counter top has tape holding down the corner. The rugs were dirty and bed pillows have yellowed over time. There are lots of windows that do not operate and no shade in the kids bedroom for privacy and sunlight. This could really be a great property just needs some TLC.
