Bungalow on Goodyear Lake.
Lake access is directly across the street and only a few hundred yards away. Sleeps 6 (queen bedroom, twin bunk bed room, and queen sleeper sofa in living room). Kayaks, canoe, fishing poles and tackle boxes available. Smack dab between Oneonta and Cooperstown. Entire house complete renovated in winter of 2021/2022. Interior has all new pine boards, appliances, etc. Fully stocked kitchen with 36” gas range.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.
