We had a few days in this wonderful resort that offers a lot, along with quiet surroundings. We had some technical problems in the room, but the staff quickly took care of it, whilst Yasmine went beyond her call of duty to think and act in a way that made us feel great!

Great stay, great service, friendly personell. Good service, would-be reccomend. Loud noise in rooftop (without using airco or heater) Made our nights quite short. Seems that the system was old, not serviced or broken.

The standard of service is just miserable throughout the whole hotel. We had to wait 40 minutes to receive our key at check-in. We arrived at 8.45 pm. I am a Gold member with Accor and the Privilege counter was not busy, when we arrived. But it still took 40 minutes to hand out the keys. The excuse of the receptionist was that there was a big group (8 people) with children who did not want to wait. Well, I am a Gold member and I did not want to wait either. And this receptionist was not busy, when we arrived. He was talking to a colleague. We did not even get an upgrade as usual either, as a Gold member. In our room there was a crib. Obviously, our arrival was not organized either, as we did not have any children with us. We went to have late dinner at the Mezze restaurant. The restaurant was half full. We waited 15 minutes to get the menu, even though we asked twice for it. And then another 20 minutes passed to be able to order. We also had to ask three times for the beverage menu. The waiters just did not seem to care at all. In the bowl with the olives there was a small rock. Fortunately, nothing happened. The manager just apologized, but did not offer anything else. The portions of the food are very small. Just horrible service. The breakfast buffet is ok, but it was the same choice for our entire stay of six days. We had to ask again and again for the same things: cuttlery, napkins, coffee, to take the used dishes away... the waiters just don't see what needs to be done... the bread, water bottles and glasses were constantly empty, and it took always ages to fill these items up... very tiring! The room service on one night took 1.5 hrs. We were told that it would take 45 minutes due to a higher number of order. But after calling twice after 1 hour and then 15 minutes later, our order finally arrived. The hotel complex is quite nice though, but there were way too many children. The free shuttle bus to the city has very limited availability and schedule. A taxi ride will cost MAD100 on day time one way. Taxi nbr. 472 should be banned from the premises. The driver is rude and dishonest. He cursed and screamed at us, as we did not want to pay the surcharge of the night rate. We took the cab at 7:20pm and arrived to the city 25 minutes later. The night rate starts at 8pm in winter time. Pullman Marrakech being part of Accor Group and therefore a French/European hotel chain is very disappointing.

Booked the Pullman for 6 nights in total. We stayed 2 nights first, then went on a desert tour, and then came back for 4 nights. We booked a car pickup from the airport through the hotel and he picked us up at 8am promptly and we arrived at the Pullman 20 minutes later. Since it was only around 9am, we decided to pay for early check in and breakfast. The breakfast spread is decent. 2 live stations including an egg station. Plenty of juice options and also Morrocan tea. I agree with other reviews that sitting outside can be annoying due to the bees. Not all the service staff speak that good english but as I was with my friend who can speak moderate french, it was okay. After breakfast, the bellboys drove us on a buggy to our rooms. We booked a deluxe suite and the room was very nice, spacious and clean. It has a separate living area, walk in closet and 2 bathrooms, however only 1 bathroom has both a shower and big bathtub. The deluxe suite supposedly has a sofa bed, but when the housekeeper came in to set it up, she simply put a bedsheet on the sofa and some pillows. I was expecting an actual sofa bed, not a bedsheet on a sofa. Slightly disappointing. The facilities in the Pullman are plenty. They have 2 swimming pools, one for adults only. We were at the main swimming pool for one of the days, and they serve nice drinks and food there. We also played beach volleyball with some other guest and 1 staff as well. There is also minigolf, a tennis court and gym in the hotel. But the gym is super tiny. We ended up eating at the Morrocan restaurant Mezze twice for dinner. Both times the food was good. Decent prices as well. We also ordered room service twice from Le Baramika. They serve asian food. My stir fry noodles was good, but my friends sushi was not. And the room service also took quite long. Some negative points: service isnt the fastest. My friend ordered pizza by the pool, and the pizza was fast, but we also asked for tabasco, and we had to ask 3 or 4 times before it arrived. By the time the tabasco was here, my friend already finished 90% of his pizza. Another negative thing is the location because the hotel is outside the city. Takes around 15 to 20 minutes by car into the city although the hotel also provides a free shuttle there and back. All in all, it was a comfortable stay. Service could do with some fine tuning, however if I were to come back to Marrakesh, I would definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Just checked out from our 7 night stay at the Pullman resort on all inclusive basis. We are a couple in our late twenties from the UK. Generally a nice holiday and resort on a large plot of land, not quite 5 star facilities or service. Good points - Great check in experience. We were greeted by the friendly staff on reception and given warm hand towels, Moroccan cookie and local tea whilst we waited - Golf buggy to the room and the staff took both bags to the room - decent size room for superior double with coffee facilities, sofa, fridge and safe - nice bathroom with walk in shower and powerful shower, plenty of hot water - nice Christmas Day garden party lunch by the lake - efficient room service when requesting champagne flutes - Decent selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner, although buffet does get a bit boring after a week - OK selection of alcohol for all inclusive. Just local selections - nice pool area, resort was quiet so loads of day bed and sun beds to use at both pools - variety of sport facilities and onsite gym - staff were all pretty friendly. Kamul made a great effort by the pool - maid did a great job of cleaning the room and left us extra toiletries each day - free shuttle into Marrakech was great to get out and about. Points to improve - Don’t assume everyone is French. Being English here seemed to surprise the staff and got really annoying by the end of the week - Brochures, adverts and menus all in French - service is OK but could of been snappier and quicker. Waited quite a while for drinks in the hotel bar and pool bar some days. Few occasions our order totally forgotten - for the first 4 days in the buffet had to ask everyday for a spoon even though they serve yoghurt and cereals. By mid week these begun to be laid out with the knife and fork - the all inclusive doesn’t include the restaurants, these are charged extra and should be made aware of this before booking. - Some more evening entertainment would be welcome, only a small band was present for 2 or 3 nights - Maybe include some mushrooms, beans, turkey bacon in the breakfast offering - crazy golf could do with some tlc and some more putters to use

Very comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. The staff in the reception were very helpful. The dining area was very spacious. The chef was very helpful and accommodating for some of the people in the group who were vegan. Very clean gardens. The food at breakfast was very good with fresh juices. Would go there again if I ever visited Morocco.

Wonderful location and property. There are enough activities within the property to keep children engaged and occupied. Good spread of choices in terms of food both at breakfast and lunch. Special mention is due to all the hardworking and friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces and greet people at any given opportunity. Simo mixes some mean cocktails at the bar.

Ot was nice with the family for a week long trip.Also the pullman also give you minibuses for a day out it was amazing with the pool and other activities Also the spa was nice would love to go so if you want a good holiday go there

This has got to be the worst 5* hotel experience. If i wasnt left infuriated enough last night for a 290dirham charge for 20 mins in the buffet restaurant before i was told chose a desert quick as they were closing whilst only half way through the first plate, I have just had to answer my room door after hearing knocking having just stepped out of shower at 3.45 pm to be handed a note basically telling me to settle my account and check-out. I am speechless. Never ever again, and as an Accor Silver Member, will I darken these doors again. Would Pullman have preferred if i had checked out before i had checked in? Whoever is responsible for producing this drivel just delivered to my door should be sacked.
