+ : Very good hotel (august has very hot temperatures), main facilities are great. All the personal are very kind and helpful. Restaurants are excellent (buffet is a new one everyday with a very good quality). The SPA center is amazing et and massages have a very high quality level. Night shows are very good too. The kid's club is marvelous. The management Golf by Pullman is perfect but just one people knows how to do that. - : Service is slow to too slow sometimes (20min for a Moroccan tea...), you have to request many many times. Regularly others customers have priority by direct negociatiation... This is holidays in Morocco so lot of kids, it isn't a problem but you have to know it's a little bit noisy. Several secondary installations are very poor for the hotel type : golf practice (1 old net, no training carpet et very used material), mini Golf is just ridiculous ... Some little defaults in the bedroom but not very important (clim,T V support, little details). It's a good hotel and I think it's cheaper to be All inclusive because each meal are about 30€ mini by person.

The hotel is huge, 2 pools plus a man made lac, plenty of vegetation, tennis and volleyball courts, ping pong tables,.. a huge kids club (but weirdly lacks a space with games for toddlers - unless you wanna leave your baby there) but perfect for kids (even has a farm), the main pool tends to get crowded at times though. The room was surprisingly tiny.. there is a table with 2 chairs in the room and you can barely fit all 3 items in the room... The food was good for an all inclusive hotel.. in line with was we expected! The staff in the hotel are geniuenly helpful, always smiling, and work hard.. The front desk staff still needs some training.. nothing major but they could easily do a better job! as mentionned before, hotel is far from city center, better to have a car, also if coming from casablanca don't take the GPS suggested road!

Rooms and facilities were excellent at this hotel. We used their travel guide to go to the Atlas Mountains. The only downside would be that it's quite far from the town centre and the taxi drivers that wait outside the hotel charge extortionate prices.

At first the hotel did not meet our expectation. Until we meet Yasmin the front desk . She was amazing she corrected the problem made sure we got upgraded to a suite and follow up to make sure all our needs were met. The kids loved it. The kids club Meriam and Mohammed were wonderful. My son did not want to leave , I think Mohammed made him so welcome , he was asking to go back again next year. The breakfast was wonderful great choice for everyone. The dinner was excellent quality including Osso Buco . Thanks Yasmin for being wonderful host. The kids pool party was so much fun.

It's a great hotel for families with children, made possible by the awesome people of the KidsVillage & (Pool) Pull Boys. It was de 12th time I've been to Marrakech and it was one of my best holidays. Definitely a hotel to remember and we're gonna cherish the moments spent there. A special thanks to Simo Pull Boy, without him the holiday wasn't complete. Thank you Pullman Hotel for the extremely fun holiday with my family.

Check-in On arrival security on the entrance was embarrassing – i wasn't on the list and he wouldn’t let me in. I am white skinned red head (hardly a local) He didn’t speak English. After 5mins of explaining my husband is already inside with suitcases he let me in. Check-in was smooth at reception offered cool refreshing towels and moroccan tea, cakes. 1 thing they didnt do is set up my card for incidental just took payment in full which was inconvenient on using the spa as i couldnt charge to the room. Room We had superior room sleep 4. It was handy location on ground floor opposite the Zen pool and nearest to the restaurant but small inside. Bedding good quality linen and aircon work well. Hotel Its located outside the main city. A taxi is around 150dirhams. Hotel private transfer is 200dirhams. The hourly shuttle bus is free and easy to book onto. The hotel facilities are great, petting zoo, kiddies club, kayaks, table tennis, darts, volley ball, pedalos, go carts all free to use. All inclusive We upgraded to AI. It was £1000 for 3 adults and 1 child for 7 nights. I recommend doing it as it can become costly. It is “local” spirits. We then discovered for an extra 200dirhams per adult per night you can enjoy premium branded alcohol like Absolute, grey goose and Johnny walker black label. Spa Prices are comparative to the UK. £50-£70 an hour. They had a special offer of with 30% off if you take massage before 3pm. We booked several experiances from the spa. I recommend the hammam with body mask, scrub and body moisturise. 1 disappointment was that although it was a nuxe spa – during my Californian massage they used Argan oil but because they started on my back I didn’t realise till the end when i turned over and smell it – it was too late to say anything. Kenza the hair dresser was lovely. She did my blow dry a few times. Really did a great job as i have difficult long hair. It’s around £20. Note there is no backwash – so need to wash your own hair using the shower in the spa or your room. You will need to request conditioner (they have it just not sitting out with shampoo) Staff Most guests are French but i experienced no language barrier when speaking English. Pullboys are the best. Kamal and Youssef go above and beyond. Kamal in animation works hard to make everyone welcome and keep them entertained. I witnessed 2 drowning kids be saved pool side. Youssef really is a gentleman, helping people with everything without being asked. Khoula the pool bar is super efficient, always smiling and extremely hard working. Nothing was ever a hassle for her. Manager Adil is also extremely helpful and accommodating. I recommend more attentive waiter service around tge pool as at 35 degrees you need to stay hydrated. Restaurant Firstly - the chefs are excellent! I've stayed in many 5star hotels around the world and the food quality was of the highest standard for buffet. Staff in Olivery are hit and miss with drink service.. However, Taha and Kabira were really fabulous always smiling. I witnessed (tall thin old) manager in white shirt verbally abusive to his staff – really shouting at them and swearing in front of guests on several separate occasions. I had to ask Taha the waiter to tell him to stop as my children and other families could clearly hear and he put me off my dinner. I also witness the same manager covering pizza with chilli oil then grabbing slices with his hands letting all the oil drip off before shoving it in his mouth in front of everyone - no respect for hygiene. 1 thing i really liked was the way the cleaning is discreetly carried out. The ladies had huge wicker shopping baskets. Inside was all cleaning products (even bucket of soapy water) they walk around cleaning constantly. When I'm in Marrakech I would consider staying here again.

Very nice and well looked after hotel / resort. Quality food - mainly Mediterranean, the staff are very friendly and helpful especially Youssef the Pool Boy very friendly guy and happy to help also Kamal the Animation rep, organised and keeps you entertained If there is an advice to the managements, I would encourage more cold drink offering round the pool area. The weather is hot 35 to 40 deg, will make sense if waiters go round every client especially children's and ask every 15 minutes if they would like to drink something Overall very relaxing and satisfying break. Sure will come back

Hotel is THE best in whole marakech en everything is great!! Everybody at THE pool is extremly Nice! THE pool boys and especiallly Youssef is attendive en Nice. He is caring for everybody. Little kids and THE adults. THE food is excellent and divers. Anwar is a bar tender en serves on THE terras and also great. Best hotel ever!!! We Will always come back en we Will look back at a great time! Want to book a hotel in Marrakech book pullman! With regards

We stayed at this hotel for our mini moon last month. The hotel is very nice, modern and big with lots to do. You have two swimming pools. One of them was for adults only, and you couldn't get drinks there on your all inclusive package not even water! I found this rather disappointing as in the heat you have to go elsewhere to even get a bottle of water. The main pool was lovely and they had the pool bar where you could have food which was very nice. The staff are very friendly. The main restaurant has lots of choice of food and is all very nice. The only thing I found is that tables outside weren't cleaned so others couldn't use it when it got busy so you had to wait for someone to do that and when they're really busy it's best to go eat inside. The entertainment wasn't very good as it was non existent on certain nights, other nights you had people singing and playing instruments which was nice. The room we stayed in was a classic double room with a balcony. The room was very small! For the two of us we found it very squashed to put our luggages and bags as it took up most of the room. The water in the shower kept blocking everyday and over flowing so you had to stop showering so you could let the water drain. The spa was lovely! Massages and facilities were very nice. Other then that it was a pleasant hotel with great food and we did enjoy our stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 days and I am very impressed. Amazing hospitality and services from the staff throughout the day. The staff are happy to help and go out of their way to make your experience better. Especially the Pullboy by the pool"Simo" provided an excellent service throughout the days spent at the pool and offering help when we needed. Overall I would recommend this hotel and made our trip to Marrakesh a lot more memorable. Thank you very much
