Hotel Atlas Asni

Modern centrally located hotel, rooms were serviceable, with a huge garden, loverly pool and Lobby. Main issue is the disorganized poor service in the Resturant, waiters arguing with each other (maybe the stress of Ramadan) and they processed no customer 'seeing eye'. Breakfast food choice & quality was terrible. Would go again.....but not at Ramadan!

Stayed here in June on a Thursday and Friday. PROS: The hotel is in good location (close to main square and the limited tourist bars), it has modern and spacious bedrooms. It was quiet this time of year and was very reasonably priced. The staff were also friendly. CONS: they do not seem to have enough staff (room service may not answer your calls for a while), rooms are nice but do have a bit of noticeable wear and tear, there was construction underway at breakfast area when I was there. The gym and fitness area were poor, weights equipment was broken and room had no air con working. Overall, I would recommend this place, comfortable and good value for money.

the edifice was impressive BUT 1. flush in the toilet in our room was broken so i have to open the water tank to flush it 2. aircon is not working 3. when i enter i open the curtains and the window for a great view of the Strait of Gibraltar but in the evening i can no longer close them cause it stuck so i leave it open the entire night 4. TV not working 5. Food was bad 6. Offers currency exchange but when we wanted to change our money the specific currency is not available

Our room was tastefully furnished in black and cream. There was a small amount of normal wear and tear, not perfect, but definitely nothing to complain about. It was a pleasant change to have a fridge, tv and safe. It was a really good bathroom with a lovely big shower. The room had a balcony. No chairs, but you could probably use the chairs from the room, weather permitting. Good wifi Oh so quiet air conditioning! The room service and restaurant prices were a bit on the high side. Our room had a great view facing the pool and gardens. The hotel did not have much local flavour and except for the palm trees could have been a hotel anywhere in the world which was a bit disappointing.

we had a nice room with the Atlas Mountains view. the staff is friendly and very helpful. dinner was ok I would especially recommend this hotel for it's location. it was easy to reach to all major significant points of the city

vary beautiful hotel with swimming pool and luxury in the rooms but so far away from the center, wi fi doesn't work in the rooms, the food is standard. i don't recommend this place if you want an holiday by yourself without travel guide.

The hotel is located in an excellent location. Many Marrakesh sights, including Ali Ben Youssef Madras, Jardin Majorelle and Le Palais de Congres are about 25 minutes' walk from the hotel. Only a few steps to the center of Marrakech. This comfortable hotel is a good example of traditional architecture in Marrakesh.Rooms are very clean, spacious and neat. Pool was great and loads of seats to relax were located everywhere. The staff were amazing, from the people at the reception desk, security guards, cleaners, bar tenders each one of them were excellent. The food was excellent and varied, we were very pleased. It is a great starting point for excursions.

Decided to go this hotel to pass a week in Marrocos but I have to tell you the service was so bad the shower towers all ways missing you have to call them to ask about your towers . The buffet of the hotel they have the bad service a ever had food all way missing in 7 days I never see the full buffet 9am you no have no bread no eggs you ask for more they said sorry finished people working there don't care about the Costumers 4**** but for me and I'm talking about the bad service 1* star.

Unfriendly gang of staff at reception Totally unhelpful. Dont care attitude. Room service very poor and response rate low. Location good. Breakfast average Had two area for breakfast one who booked online and others as groups Lifts smelling of smoke/charcoal Rest nothing

I stayed in a reasonably-sized room with spacious bathroom which had occassional sewer smells coming out of the shower drain. I informed the reception of the issue and they sent an unexperienced, intern-looking, young man to clean the bathroom with lavender which is a simple easy fix. The drain had to be cleaned with a strong product specific for the odors not just with a washing cabinet detergent. The cleaning staff can get carried away with their high pitch voices in the early morning in front a room that clearly has the DO NOT DISTURB sign. The hotel security asked me where i am going often during my weekend stay as if I was a stranger with a mean agenda. The towel table is empty until 10am where as the pool hours start at 9am, which bothered me a lot. I cannot say anything about the hotel food because I ask for a room with a fridge due to specific nature of my breakfast, and all other meals are had elsewhere. The children at the hotel invade the pool with noise and chatter which is strange because there is a kids pool nearby but no one from the staff tells them to behave and/or go to children's pool. The staff can be improved by smiling and being faster at acting when faced with a complaint such as the shower drain issue. Instead, they glared, frowned, then processed the info. Im quick and dynamic so its only normal that I get bothered by slower individuals. Now that the negatives are out of the way, the positives are a hint of joy. The swimming pool is big and perfect for laps I like to do right after breakfast before 9;30 because many children come afterwards. The parking of the hotel could be improved by only allowing hotel guests to enter because I had to park the car once outside the premises on the avenue sidewalk due to the bar at the hotel that outsiders have access to along with their cars.
