Uncomfortable twin size beds and below quality housekeeping. Dirty cafeteria with unhelpful disinterested staff and bad food. Nothing for vegetarians. Pasty fish... who knows where it came from. Cats being fed raw chicken necks around pool area.

Hotel bedroom adequate no frills some attention to detail required. Long trek to room from the three lifts that only worked with encouragement. However the dining room experience was deplorable. A battlefield to try and get a table and scramble to get to the buffet of inadequate food. If you wanted stale bread and a 15 min wait for coffee from only one out of 4 machines working at breakfast time, evening meal time no better!

How can I tell you that the breakfast was just the worst thing ever? We got to the restaurante 30m after the opening hour and there was nothing to eat. The replacement was made super slowly and when something new arrived obviously you had to compete! It was awful and the staff didn't give a damn at all. Long queues for everything you wanted with no guarantees that you would get some to yourself. Attached you may find a "lovely dinner" that they made specially for us the day that we arrived. We had dinner included and this was what we got.

Where to begin. The hotel has seen better days, staff BADLY and URGENTLY needs customer service training. Treatment of PAYING guests are shocking. The business model of "maximum profit with bare minimum investment" is evident all around. This place is basically a stopover for transient travellers willing to pay exorbitant amount for a hotel room, hence the abysmal customer service. The buffet... Let's start with food hygiene red flags. I've seen people cut loaves of bread with their BARE hands, no thongs to pick a piece of bread during my stay. The tables are left with pile of plates left by previous guests, confusing set up... With no silverware on empty tables. The Maitre'd is something else, he stands by the door like a bloated boss , and one can't help oneself to ask "what exactly is his function?" In the restaurant. The buffet itself is shocking, lentils, vegetable couscous, boiled carrots is a staple on the line up, fish (often soft and almost undercooked) whether it's on tomato sauce, breaded or lime-herb style, chicken is popular... So popular in fact that they struggle to replenish it to feed a dining hall full of hungry travellers, WATER is non-existent unless you buy it, the salad section is nothing short of laughable... They have table forks for serving utensil (to cut down cost, after all it will take you a day to fill your plate with it), the dessert selection? Don't even bother, no fruit alternative except when they feel generous at times to get one out, cut in a way as if to feed your dogs. Breakfast was depressing, up at 7:30 only to face a continental breakfast, until the chef decided to show up at 8am to start serving eggs, even that... The chef gives you that "how dare you" look if you ask one more fried egg because you wanted 2... And he tosses it on your plate in disgust!. This place is nothing but a money making hotel, don't be deceived by the stock photos on its website... It's nothing like that at all when you see it for yourself. Our room has not been cleaned when we came back at 5 pm to freshen up before dinner, called the front desk... Took 30 minutes just to tell you the cleaners have gone home. Fridge is soooo old it's not working at all, safe boxes? You have to pay extra for that says the receptionist. Overall.... Very POOR. Message to the owner and general manager.... Invest in overhauling your building, and staff training!

We stayed in the hotel for four nights. Invirenment is good but clekrs don't know English, room service is not good and stuffes aren't polite enough!!! I ate some salad in hotel's restaurant as a dinner and become sick two days.

You cannot complain about service at this hotel....there isn't any. You have to get up from your table and ask a waiter politely to get a drink for you. Plates are just left to pile up on the table without being cleared. You can wait 30 minutes for them to get the stove on after breakfast has opened, in order to have some fried eggs. The food at Dinner and breakfast is just about the same. They run out of everything all the time and you wait. You would expect that with the number of people dining for these meals, they would have enough preparation. You have to queue for about 10 to 20 minutes, just to get a cup of coffee or a glass of juice. What an absolute shambles this hotel is. While it looks good and the amenities and facilities are good, it is just not worth staying here. coffee in the rooms.And the rooms are dirty.

I stayed in this hotel in 2010, se decided to stay here again as we had a good experience then. We arrived at the hotel, check in was atrocious- people arriving after us got checked in before us! The staff aren't welcoming. We got to our room very basic old rooms, the shower got clogged up very quickly, although it's was a very good size shower with good water pressure! Went for breakfast the 1st morning / we had to wait 10mins for eggs, also not much variety for breakfast, Very basic I'm sure There are plenty of hotels in Marrakesh that will provide a better service & facility's. The sun loungers need up dating, although the pool was clean, as many towels provided as you like Wouldn't recommend it.

I recently spent 5 nights at this hotel. I booked it mainly for the location. Upon arrival no staff greeted us. We went to the front desk and it took 2 people to nudge each other and speak in Arabic before another man took control and checked us in. During this process someone staying at the hotel came to the desk and started to talk to the man checking us in. This man then handed us over to one of the two men who had initially ignored us. He finished the check in and did not give us any information such as where the lifts are located, times for breakfast or check out. We found our way to the hotel room which was basic but clean. The bathroom was nicer than the room with a large, powerful shower. The AC worked fine but the safe did not. Breakfast is a shambles. A VERY small selection. The only fruit available was Melon and one morning there was no fruit when we got down at 8am. I was told by one waiter that most of the food had gone because 200 people came down at 7am. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!! The juice machine often did not work either. The pool has very small uncomfortable sunbeds and the towels you are given to lie on are not far off the size of a hair towel. Too small for myself and my 6ft partner. I will not be booking this hotel again.

Just arrived back from Marrakech, stayed at the Atlas Asni. 15-17th September 2017, located 5 mins from Menara Airport. On first impressions, nice hotel. Lobby area very spacious with NO air conditioning. Check in was hassle free, don't forget you have to pay Tax upon checking depending on number of night stay. Floor 3, hallway very outdated, ceiling cctv hanging from the ceiling. Room, average nothing to get excited over. Room safe was not working, rang reception to be told I need to pay to use the room safe!!!!!!! Ridiculous! 20 Dirhums per night. When I agreed to paying I was told I would need to wait until next morning to getting that activated. As a result could not have my room serviced as my laptop and personal belongings were on display. I'm surprised they did not charge me for using the toilet. No mini bar in the room, balcony was basic with a small table with 1 chair. Bathroom no toilet roll upon inspection, requested toilet roll and was given 2. Air con was not effective but acceptable, signs of wear & tear are evident throughout the hotel with no maintenance showing being done. Breakfast, very basic. As a gluten free diner nothing on offer accept sausages, orange juice and hot drinks. Choice of breakfast was horrible. Service in breakfast very poor, 3 waiters. No body come to ask if everything was good or anything they can do. No one explains to you when entering breakfast where to sit nothing!. The gentleman who is meant to be the host for breakfast who checks you in does not even talk. You say your room number and that's it! You are left to get on with it! Pool area is very nice, the bed towels don't get handed out until after 10.30am! 😡 Overall, would I stay here again No thank you. Pictures of wear & tear items

Stayed here while on a tour. We all had similar complaints: air conditioning not working, service in the restaurant was terrible and so was the food. We had one lunch which was almost inedible, two breakfasts were a disaster, line up 15 people long to get coffee, hot items were taken by hungry guests very quickly and nor replenished resulting in very limited choice. Housekeeping took our towels but did not replace causing big inconvenience. Hallway badly in need of a good vacuum.
