Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the south end of the island. Close to beach access, restaurants, movie theater, mini golf, shops and more. Condo is spacious with a great water and pool view. Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner and drinks on the lanai and catch a glimpse of manatees that frequent the waterway. Guests are welcome to rent a boat and dock at the slip ( no lift available at this time). Each bedroom has a king bed and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Second bathroom located just off the guest bedroom. There are two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. This condo is a 90 day minimum rental only
