Nestled in a palm grove in the heart of downtown Marco Island, this three bedroom, three bath vacation home is only minutes to the Marco River and Gulf of Mexico and it's within walking distance to everything shopping, boat rentals, ...grocery stores, multiple bars and restaurants, post office, and more. The Speakeasy restaurant & bar is just at the end of the street and Port 32 boat rentals is right around the corner!

This Key West cottage-style waterfront home comfortably accommodates 6 people with two master suites boasting king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, and the upstairs second guest room has a queen bed. You'll find plantation shutters, closet treatments, T. V.'s and granite counters throughout, wood floors and vaulted ceilings in the upper story, tile throughout the lower, and charming dcor. Located upstairs is a screened deck with furniture, the kitchen (with high-end appliances), master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, dining room, living room, pocket office and a 3rd bathroom. The second master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, laundry, large family room and wet bar are downstairs. Cook your favorites on the outdoor grill station while enjoying the pool (with stone deck) and Margaritaville-style chickee with electric, fans, lighting, a bar, stools and chairs for fun gatherings with family & friends. There are even bicycles and kayaks for your use as well.

Island Oasis was the perfect place for my family to stay on vacation. The house was located close to restaurants, stores and the beach. The pool and outdoor space were very nice. We could fish out of the canal in the back yard. The stairs were a little inconvenient so I wouldn’t recommend for an elderly person, but other than that we had a very pleasant stay! I would stay again!

This property has a few redeeming qualities, but the reality is dominated by industrial smell, noise, and views most vacationers would normally avoid.The owners next door were kind and responsive. When the heat stopped working, they came with the HVAC company and fixed it within hours. However, after three weeks with dogs, the front lawn was finally mowed at 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday—not on the other days crews were already nearby—so the sense of “guest comfort first” was mixed. The management company was baseline competent, nothing more.The home itself is very dark and cave-like. Most windows have hurricane shutters bolted shut, resulting in almost no natural light or usable view. The advertised “water view” is actually of the Marco Island wastewater treatment and reclaimed water plant.The biggest issue is the smell. Depending on wind, a strong sewage/methane odor is noticeable even indoors. Opening windows brings constant industrial noise—backup beeping, machinery hum, truck rumble, and bright night lighting. Weekday processing makes the backyard difficult to use, with visible material loading into dumpsters and trucks.Amenities are limited. The dock is too high for practical kayak use, outdoor living space is minimal, and the spiral staircase and sliding screen-door bolts led to inconvenience and accidental lockouts.
