Amazing Gulf of Mexico views from the terrace of this 14th floor two bedroom, two bath condominium in South Seas Tower 3 that can accommodate your family or friends. The living room has a large sectional sofa, comfortable chair and flat screen TV. The dining room seats six. The condo boasts of an oversized balcony with loungers and table and chairs to dine alfresco while enjoying magnificent southern views of Marco Island's crescent beach. Enter the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms. There is a queen-size bed and TV in the master bedroom and twin beds in the guest bedroom. Included for your enjoyment are beach chairs, beach towels.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."
