Beach views were great. Beach umbrella spokes were broken and i would suggest additional beach towels but otherwise we had a great stay.

Before we arrived at this condo we looked at the complex and saw scaffolding on the beach side balconies, we contacted the property management company to ask about this and they assured us that the construction would be complete by the time we arrived the following week. For our entire stay our view of the ocean was obstructed by scaffolding ropes and 5 of 7 days were interrupted and disturbed by construction noise on and off all day both inside the condo and on the balcony, scaffolding going up and down and the last several days the balcony was covered in concrete dust creating a health hazard on the balcony and we could no longer use the balcony or open the sliding door to listen to the waves. When I contacted the property manager they offered a small discount (less than one night stay) plus 10% off for future stays and when I said what I thought the discount should be they told me they thought it was best that I leave a day early due to the health hazard (which I said was only on the balcony). It needs a deep clean - dryer lint all over laundry room, crumbs/dirt in the kitchen cabinets/drawers and on the floor. One frying pan in decent shape, not one decent knife, many towels frayed and or stained. Overall not very clean – crumbs on the floors, peeling paint above the shower, dirt/dust by the toilets, the white bath mat was almost black with dirt upon arrival - we washed it. Balcony furniture was inside the condo upon arrival. Would NOT recommend this condo or company
