Cosy farmhouse in breathtaking surroundings - Casa La Capraia

In the midst of idyllic nature, in a hilly environment and absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Parco Naturale dell'Arcipelago Toscano, lies the holiday house Casa La Capraia in the holiday resort Zanca and offers space for up to 6 people. The cosy little house, an old farmhouse from the year 1600, consists of a living-dining area with fireplace and 2 sofa beds (for one person each), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also WLAN, cable TV, heating and a baby cot. A parking space is available on the property. The highlight is the shared Mediterranean garden with garden furniture and a barbecue, which offers a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. The next beach in a picturesque, small bay can be reached on a footpath through the nature park in 15 minutes. A small supermarket is only a 2-minute walk away, restaurants and bars can be found in the neighboring village of Sant' Andrea, which can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

Der erste Kontakt ( Übrigens wie alles nur per Whatsapp)war sehr freundlich -jedoch fehlte z.b. der Hinweis das das Haus offen ist !!! So sind wir eine 1/2 Std. vorm Haus gestanden und haben gewartet das die Vermieter kommen. Erster Eindruck war nicht sauber, Unordentlich, Kalt !! Die Ausstattung war im allgemeinen ausreichend, und wir haben uns einfach eingestellt und eingelebt !!

Un buon punto di appoggio, mare molto bello a Sant'Andrea

bella vacanza, rilassante e piacevole. L'appartamento è in un paesino carino, con un negozio di alimentari, un forno, un bar a pochi apssi e una bella spiaggia (scogli, spiaggia libera e anche ombrelloni con bar/ristoranti) a 5 minuti di auto o mezz'ora a piedi. Pochi parcheggi, meglio avere lo scooter. A mezz'ora di auto ci sono altre belle piagge. L'appartamento è abbastanza semplice, non ideale se si cerca qualcosa di rifinito o moderno (un pò di manutenzione sarebbe necessaria, ma bene o male funziona tutto), ma sicuramente piacevole per chi vive poco dentro casa e usa l'appartamento come punto di appoggio per dormire e fare colazione. Giardino semplice, ma carino, con vista mare dall'alto. Al posto dela proprietaria, avrei messo nella doccia un doccino con il tubo anzichè il soffione fisso dall'alto, per sopperire alla mancanza del bidet, è un consiglio per rendere l'uso del bagno più comodo
